Looking forward to the Saint Pauls/Spalding game. Anyone know if there’s a livestream link for it?

LOL what.
Only AACO publics? Catonsville? Westminster? Towson?
Spalding in 10th? I mean, I love it, but that's not reasonable.
And has St. Paul's ever beat Loyola in recent history?
Catonsville got spanked by MSJ. Towson lost to Catonsville. Westminster took a step back this year as well.

St. Paul's is a more complete team than Loyola this year.

SP rolls Loyola this year and will knock off 1-2 of the top 3 teams on their way to the MIAA title.

St. Mary’s line is foul and honestly disrespectful to the team man. At least -10.5 for the saints. I don’t think LB has one player better than any starter on STM they are a joke and a fake Baltimore school. And what do you mean by first curb stomp? The saints frommers have had 6 curb stomps because they are ten times better than any other team they’ll ever play.

Anyone heard about the STM 2027 recruiting class? Heard it is elite. They’re getting a bunch from the hawks pipeline and a bunch of solid under the radar players as well. Watch out, saints are gonna be a force to be reckoned with for years to come.

This is a high school forum and you come on here to bash a guy who is an 18 year old starter at MD? You're either a bitter goalie dad whose son will never be given such an opportunity or you're bent out of shape that the guy is getting a taste of the big time without having had to pay ridiculous Baltimore private school tuition. His college tuition is less than your kids' pre-first. Love all these pull yourself up by the bootstraps types that can't handle it when someone outside the glorified MIAA succeeds.

Here's an idea: use this kid as an example for your own kid of what hard work, loyalty, and not cutting corners looks like.

The more likely result is that the Dons "only" beat the Gaels 14-6 which exposes the ineptitude of the LB coaching staff, which I think is well established anyway.

"Fraudulent players?" Boring.

LB hasn't hit rock bottom in terms of on-field performance yet, and that should scare/motivate people. Recruitment of 2026 and 2027 classes was not handled very well, partially due to the tenuous future of the coaching staff. 2028 could be the same if a new coach isn't announced in the next 90 days or so.

And yet LB got the best of 2026 class.

Prediction was close for my Dons, only beat the Gaels 14-8. Offense looked good, 11-2 in first half, cruised in the 2nd. Face off and defense still working, everything is in place. MSJ small. Offensively not bad, but defense and goalie are not good.

MSJ won second half 5-2 with LB starters in. LB faceoff got wrecked in the 2nd half and the defense & goalie struggled as MSJ got it turned around after a slow start. LB will struggle in pivotal games if this inconsistent play keeps up.

You're either recruiting for MSJ athletics in some capacity, or you have never played sports yourself, or both.
If you "lost the first half" 12-3, you really didn't win the 2nd half at all, as LB was working the ball around and eating clock.

MSJ won't even HAVE any pivotal games this year, let alone have the outcome in enough doubt to label as a legitimate "struggle". But you'll always have Catonsville HS to play. And by all means yes, please take it out on John Carroll.

RDR-the standout sport @ the school has been standing down for about a decade...

Ignore the 19 year old St. Marys junior LSM from Talbert Counny who plays JV. He's just excited because he knows he's in St. Mary's powerhouse academic pipeline to Clemson and/or East Carolina. Sure, neither has a real lacrosse team, but both offer remedial English and College Algebra, so he will be fine if he's anything like the standard St. Mary's genius coming in 200+ SAT points below Loyola students. #recruited #clublax

Let’s hope bc the current JV squad is atrocious so nothing in the pipeline now.

The Loyola kid gets the most love because he survived that horrible almost tragedy. He’s very good. But not the best in the league.

LB fans glossing over the second half against MSJ are whistling past the graveyard. If you watched, you saw Loyola didn’t “possess” the ball in the second half. Their starters got out hustled and out played by MSJ. Badly.

Tuesday Games:
STM @ LB Saints -6.5. Saints get their first curb stomp in Baltimore County.
Gilman @ JC Gilman -8. JC is in for a tough year. Could have lost by 20 to BL.
Spalding @ SP SP -3.5 . Can SP keep it going? Will Spalding bounce back? This one could be close.
BL @ McDonogh MCD -1.5. Game of the week. 2 of 3 title contenders in early season match-up.
Severn @ MSJ Severn -2.5. Severn should win this one but it could be close if MSJ can win some faceoffs.

Not a LB fan or alum, but I'm pretty sure Laake is better than anyone who plays D for STM

Whatchu know about number 5? #🔒

Didn’t know we had a message board wizard over here. Maybe if you spent more time elsewhere, then you’d actually be good at life and you wouldn’t be a professional high school lacrosse forum commenter. #times3

Dons beat St.Mary’s 11-8. The saints could’ve really used STACKS.

LB fans glossing over the second half against MSJ are whistling past the graveyard. If you watched, you saw Loyola didn’t “possess” the ball in the second half. Their starters got out hustled and out played by MSJ. Badly.

You were saying coach?

LB gets rolled by double digits; another MIAA beatdown
