And they lost to a Virginia team in the world series. Hawks are no longer the force that their Dads like to think they are. But it was fun while it lasted!

I was up in Philly watching my nephew at NXT Nightfall and saw 2 Hawks we know playing for Nationals (one '26 and one '27)...kind of odd if they were guest playing while Hawks were in action. Hawkward!

Hawkward! I had no idea the 27 Hawks were playing? Tell us where that was, genius. Also, tell us which 26 Hawk was playing with Nationals. You are truly clueless.

Express 10 Hawks 3 I’ll take a loss to Express when you’re missing 6 kids. It’s fall ball. Yep. Lost to Express, definitely the top 2026 team around at the moment. Lost by 1 to Sweetlax after watching their teammate get carried off in an ambulance. Beat NCF in the 3rd game. Plenty of work to do, but that is what the fall is for. Most teams will underperform down 6 middles.

Who are the Predators? Where did their players come from? They are a new, elite, platinum, expansion club in Baltimore County. Invite only. Invites were sent out this spring. Mostly comprise of the top players from crabs, FCA, 91 West Coast Stars, Nationals, Madlax etc. If you missed your chance, keep working, keep grinding, hit the wall, and start lining up 3 references for next year. 😂 In all seriousness, they are a new Baltimore county- based team run by the St Paul's and McD coaches. Their kids appear to be mostly from crabs, fca, looney’s and 91.

Yesterday Looneys lost to Leading Edge by 4, beat the Crabs B team by 8, and beat VLC by 3. Not a bad day, but not exactly setting the world on fire.

Meh if it was my club and we were 6 weeks old, the only alarming score is the VLC score. Hardshells are decent and have played together, and probably all got their drivers licenses together last summer. Dark Horse is better than advertised. VLC? No. What happened there.

Looneys was missing 2 key starters for Leading Edge game (they had a hockey game). Score would have been different with them there - the team has talent but runs thin. FO guys was on sideline in a walking boot all day. Looney's will be fine for HoCo in Spring.

They should be fine with these showing. Their future should be good with the coaches and schools they will collect players from. Within a year they will be competitive, my guess.

. No, they are not a good program having gone 1-11 last weekend. . This shows how little you know about youth sports, thinking a team's record determines the quality of a program. Other factors like quality of coaching, levels of talent, improvement made, time spent together, competitiveness in said games vs level of competition, situational coaching, etc. all matter. But sure, screaming "1-11!" is an easy way to bash a program.

Just to set some facts about the Hardshells. They are the Crabs' B team, and is brand new. The kids have not played together, with maybe the exception of a couple of players from their previous clubs, and they only had a few practices together. They were clearly overmatched by Looneys and Leading Edge, as they should be, given that those two clubs are supposed to be playing in the HoCo Elite division. I think the Hardshells performance against the Predators (another new club) was a good gauge against AAA HoCo level play. This weekend at the MadLax tournament, they are slotted in the A division (and not the AA division - the Elite clubs), so that will be a better gauge of how competitive they will be come Spring. Good luck to all. I am just happy that the kids can actually go out and play this Fall.

I don't think anyone is bashing the Predators for not coming out and dominating as a brand new club - the comments are more directed at the troll who has been on here predicting world domination by the Predators, lmao. I know some of the Predators coaches well. Good guys/coaches. No doubt in my mind that they will eventually be successful...but the idea that they were going to come out of the gate and start fielding elite-level 6 - 8th grade teams right off the bat was laughable.

Whats wrong with shooting for world domination and winning a PLL title ? Without some of the Predator talk, this place would be boring like many of the Baltimore parents who have zero sense of humor and zero personality to go along with it.
