Serious question to 91 parents of kids who sit bench. Why do you continue to be part of this train wreck? Why not play Kelly post , Koopers or breakers It can’t be for the coaching. I mean come on!! Half the team couldn’t even make their middle school team!!!!

Club Directors and Administrators,



We will be extending the GHCLC start date to AT LEAST the weekend of April 24th.



We're going to explore different avenues (i.e shortened season, multi-weekend tournament, etc.) as we work through this tough time. The league and it's Board of Directors will continue to discuss contingency plans. We also understand that many of our clubs/organizations fall under several different jurisdictions and must adhere to those regulations.

I'm with ya. Summer has to be iffy at this point

Summer lacrosse is very iffy. Best case scenario might require a little creativity. I think tournaments are out. Perhaps a few scheduled games between local teams could work if new precautions were taken. Parents may watch from cars or distanced spaces. I think travel will be ruled out so if some fields are allowed to be used, it will be not until July and August at which time the events will have all been re-scheduled. A few local "play day" type formats are probably the best we can hope for.

Kent Island just canceled their rec season yesterday

HoCo officially cancelled. Based on Governor Hogan’s plan there probably won’t be any lax this summer either. See you in the fall.

Tru dat. Hogan will be in a race with NY/NJ to be the last state to unwind his ridiculous jack-booted proclamations. He has a huge issue with Ocean City and the gigantic hole of tax money being lost. I wouldn't be too sure about sports in this region at all until Spring 2021 given the way he's acted so far.

True Lacrosse does have teams and camps out west. It does look like they are accepting registrations for summer camp in Utah.

I thought the question only asked about top 10 teams?

PLL just announced a no fans allowed tournament in late July. You can kiss the youth season goodbye. If they won’t put the Pros at risk until Then they won’t put our sons at risk either even if the data shows otherwise.

Does sound about right, Many schools in South and elsewhere start school in August. Looks like no tournaments this summer either. What a Bummer

The only similarity between the 2 teams is one is #1 in nation and the other is from Maryland ( and tx) as well

I believe there will be local tournaments this summer 100%. If you are planning on seeing out of state teams, I am 50/50 if we see them by August.
