Those couple of months... if LI kids were just 3 months older boy would it make a difference. Silly. Smaller, slower and not as aggressive. Have them play some football , hoops or even hockey. They are behind athletically and 3 months will not change it. Older ages have a wider skill level separation. No longer the case.

Seems like the MD teams didn't want to travel to get an butt whooping. Madlax there. BLC got torched at NLF. BBL got crushed by Laxachusetts. Laxachusetts may be the last team to have beaten the Hawks. Arden...please. Team 91 MD...what did they do in Hershey. Hawks are the only real team in MD. Hardo. How did Laxachussets do at the NLF opener daddy? LXC came in #3 at NLF in June but we will come in #1 this weekend at NLF. Yes we lost to the Tigers in June but we were the last team to beat the Hawks at Young Guns last summer & the Hawks won NLF in June. So that makes us #1 in nation. You have not be notintelligent to think we are not #1. Hawks were afraid to come play us.

So it seems that it is just NY, NJ & CT that use the later cut off date of all of the states that send teams to the top tournaments in the summer.

Agreed that LXC and Hawks have a mutual respect for each other. Set up a home and home series. Play 4 games a weekend. Better than traveling for all these useless tourneys to beat teams 14-1. Young Guns last year could have gone either way. Hawks kids walked right through the LXC parents (like a tunnel) as they gave a steady round of applause. In the end, none of it matters. Some will develop and some won't. You learn more from losing than winning and it doesn't surprise me that the Hawks haven't lost a game since. Hopefully the two teams get to play next year. It would be a shame if they didn't. Also, easy on the LI kids. Look at the 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 and 25 rankings. LI teams all over the place. The 2026 group will catch up.

Hopefully they cut the kids who cant catch and throw. I hope they took some of the kids with more size and speed I heard they are having 3 teams- Channys Team, Haugens Team and then the b team (which is really a c team). Is this true?

Exspress might be third best team on LI ...TRI STAR we lost to 91 in semis and beat exspress in consolation game .. exspress kids should be going to igloo tryouts ...crazy Express beat Igloo 9-4 in pool play and then 1/4 of their team left for the consolation game. Igloo has never beat Express besides that 1 pointless game. There were 8 igloo helmets at the Express tryout yesterday by the way.

There are A teams and B teams. C teams are ridiculous. Those teams never should be formed. If kids cant make an A orB team then they need to practice more at home before wasting their parents money on travel lacrosse. And parents are fools to pay for 2nd teams in a club. They are almost always horrible and weak.Find a different club if your kid doesnt make the team in one of the top clubs. Plenty of clubs who have one team which end up being a decent B team. And if you do make the top clubs A team, be honest with yourself about whether your kid is a strong addition to the team. Otherwise your wasting your money for him to sit on the sidelines. Stop lining these directors pockets. They are laughing at most of you all the way to the bank. Find the right fit for your kid, where he will really play, improve, and enjoy himself. Good luck.

Both wins were without Express' faceoff guy who basically controlled possession in the game they won. Saying 1/4th of the team left for the consolation game is a little much.

To pay 4K for that when you can join so many other clubs that are a fraction of the price is because daddy wants to wear his express t shirt.

2nd teams always end up being B. Plus Any fringe A/B player goes to top team(Carry 30 plus), and never plays. It works for express. Can not blame them. Its a Money machine.

Basing this on this year prices. 91 A team is around 3900 91 B team was 1k less at 2900 Express A and B team were 3900 Legacy was a little over 3k Igloos is a little over 3k. (Listed on website) Rebels is around 2600(listed on website) Most other clubs have their prices listed on their websites Hope this helped.

Hawks dad here....I'm personally glad we aren't. It is too late in the summer. People want time for vacation. Fall sports start in 1-2 weeks. Kids need time to chill. 3rd week of July is late to be asking families to make an 8 hour trip to Massachusetts. Good luck this weekend. Stay hydrated.

Hawks has played 42 games this year - 2 fall tourneys - 2 spring and 4 summer and HOCO league and playoffs I'm glad you guys are playing for a National Championship No one has beaten Hawks this year
