IONA COLLEGE WOMEN'S LACROSSE RELEASES 2018 FALL BALL SCHEDULE
NEW ROCHELLE, NY – Iona College lacrosse head coach Michelle Mason has announced the program's fall ball schedule. The Gaels play exhibitions on five dates spreading throughout mid-September till late October.
The Maroon & Gold first day of fall competition falls on Saturday, Sept. 15. The Maroon & Gold travels to St. Joseph's University and plays scrimmages against the host Golden Eagles along with Army. On Saturday, Sept. 22 the Gaels go up against Delaware and Stony Brook at Stony Brook.
On Saturday, Sept. 29, the Gaels will travel to Army to match up against Army, Fairfield, Stony Brook and Yale. Two weeks later, Iona will travel to Newark, Delaware to take on the host Blue Hens, as well as Army.
The annual Iona College lacrosse alumni game takes place on Saturday, Oct. 20 and the conclusion of the schedule will see Iona will host the final Fall Ball date on Saturday, Oct. 27. The Gaels are set to take on Mercy, Pace, and LIU Brooklyn.
