anyone know why the LI Lax Clash was cancelled? Mixed nuts could not do it so they decided to cancel it ....LOL

all Chan teams got spanked this weekend.guess he needs more holdbacks for the next one. Now unless your son plays for one of those teams, why do you care? Everyone enjoys watching Cheating Chan lose. We also have fun mimicking his voice.

But seriously, was LI Lax Clash cancelled or was it just Shamrock? What's a good alternate tournament coming up for town teams?

Express still a head above the rest on LI. Probably have to put Geese next, then Ducks/Blast/Igloo (in any order). All lagging behind a bunch of MD teams, but Express can hang with them the best.

Blatant Town Cup in mid April Which town team will cheat the most in this one? SYAG bringing in ringers? Or will it be Commack? Or will the Nuts play with Sayville or Hills jerseys?

They’re going to have to make one team and give up on the horrible money grab idea unless a whole lot of kids are “mailing in video” for consideration. It was so stupid to begin with.

20 for 2025 or 20!fornthe whole thing? At North there were 20 for the combined 3 grades! Around 20 for 2025. Around 50-60 total would be my guess. I didn't count though.

He only wants to see if there are kids he can poach for next season or later this season for the disgruntled parents with the kids who are the talented ones. I did not see a single Express kid there. My guess is they all sent video or are on Scholarship, or Chan is hiding them!

Anyone playing in lax jam? There should be a lot because the Shamrock was combined with it and it's the 1st spring event on Long Island. My guess is there will be a lot of trams out there next weekend.

Weekly practices have been going on for better part of two months now. Come May, that will bump up to 2+ times per week. If your club is still not going regularly, you need to be looking for a new club/team!

Its been my experince anything that is separate is usually some sort of training that is extra. Maybe a coach will keep the man up or man down for a few extra minutes, but separate practices has not been my experience with the clubs my kids play on.

What about separate practice for offense only? In order to practice offense, you need to go against a defense (and similarly, you need to go against an offense to practice defense) - there is really no need to not cover ALL aspects of the game with ALL of the player positions present.
