Part of the problem now is thinking that you were paying for one thing (the "A" team package) that was valued at $2,400 and now receiving something "less filling" that doesn't seem to have the same value as what you thought you were buying. So, lower the price for the "B" team and you might eventually find where the price point where parents of the "B" team actually don't feel slighted. But at $2,400, a "B" team package doesn't nearly feel the same value as the "A" team experience. Tiered pricing is the only way to solve this.

Interesting advise on how to run someone elses private business...you work for the gubment by chance? Unless you are a parent that now has a kid enrolled on their "B" or second "A" squad for all the feel gooders out there, I think everyone going in knew the deal. What other team has a built in full two team scrimmage at every practice? Just saying.

You really love that cool aide. It's now an A B C and so on. Regardless of what you call the teams.

You really think everyone going in knew the deal? They all went in thinking their kid was on the EXPRESS TERPS! THE team (under the Turtles) believing their kid was "chosen" & what happened in the past wouldn't happen to their kid...history repeats itself (over & over & over again)

The fact is...thats CRAZY!!! No continuity, no security. They are 13 year old boys whose game level rises with their confidence. Being placed on a team where they belong, to begin with, allows them to become better players. Constantly having new players added & "looking over your shoulder" to see who can take your place is terrible for a kid & causes animosity among the parents. Every year there are kids that get better & some that stay the same, thats why there are tryouts each year. Mid season changes is not fair. Thats the facts. Been there, done that & moved on! Good luck Express parents! Just remember...it can happen to you!

Mid-season? Its February and Express is a summer team regardless of what they do preseason. Teach your kid to earn and maintain his spot. It only get tougher as they get older. Enough with the kumbaya.

Oh stop! The team was chosen in October! The add ons & BS NEVER ends! My kid knows to earn & maintain his spot, that is NOT what it was ever about. It is about hard work, team work, loyalty & commitment BOTH ways. Kumbaya!!!

"Under" the turtles? Who is under them? Isn't that the team that people are leaving? Those turtles?

Orange was the best, but now they've added animal flavors to the mix. Turtles, Terps, Piranhas, and Barracudas

Get it right man. Central was the best then North then South etc. Switched to colors then to mascots...Grape is still the best plus if you use the unsweetened you can spray your lawn with it to keep the geese off...they hate the stuff.

I dont hate them at all. They are goooood and there are many other teams that are gooood. The turtles are the best (for now). And your right that 'you don't know about that', I do. So why are players leaving there? Why are their players training with the black terps group? That don't happen at 91.

Do you actually believe any apology will be offered? Please...with these Neanderthals?
Well, at least I know what I know and don't have to divulge any sources to anyone.
It is a small population from the region to say the least.

Not disputing this but was told directly by 3D that no invites have gone out yet for 2017s. Anyone saying otherwise is trying to get a rise out of the board.

so let's say a 2017 kid makes both the Brine "A" team and the 3d Blue Chip camp from our region...what can be inferred about the player at this point of his development and is this any indicator of his potential going forward?

Yes I would say that means he will most likely turn out to be a very good player. Congratulations to him.

Did you really need to post this question? Yes this is a forum for lacrosse, but come on already do you really need an answer.

Answer - he is really good player for his age.

Posted the question as there have been many comments previously stating that at this age, these small achievements don't really mean much. Was just trying to get a handle on this, that's all.
Congrats to all the kids who made it. Hard work pays off in the end. Great job by all.
