What do you know about the crabs that we don't?

Please enlighten us on how a team that lost quite a few kids is significantly better.

None! The land of holdbacks has created their own grade-based natl championship. NY will win WSYL again. The only question is if it will be Smash or Express.

Beat the teams from Maryland first than you can travel out west.

If they did't play with all holdbacks it wouldn't be close.

How can you say that when you don't know who will apply/be accepted? Who do you predict to be among the 16?

Hawks
Express

Wonder how MM own md91 team gets a invite they have never won anything.

Such a silly man you think the invites go to teams that win first then get invited. No the club owner has connections so he gets the invites. The kids/parents see that a club plays in the top tournaments and the kids flock to that team. This is not Euro soccer where you win and they let you in the top league. You need a pass before you play one game as a club team. This is why all the clubs are joining the elite clubs. So they can get the invite from having the connection to a top club.

Why would anyone spend all that money to go out to Colorado for 13 year old lacrosse? Its crazy. Thats a years worth of club fees right there.

Especially when you are talking about the Diamondbacks.

2022 National Lacrosse Championship Event run by MM. Since the MD teams can't compete for the WSYL because of all there holdbacks they just decided to make their own Championship.

They should call it the 2022 National Holdback Lacrosse Championship.

The New [lacrosse] teams could come, but the rules would prevent them from picking up local guest players. Express will just have to make do with the 32 players on their original roster.

It is comical that MD is creating a brand new 2022 "national championship" rather than participating in the WSYL. For teams that do that rather than WSYL, it willl be the clearest confirmation on what teams are loaded with holdbacks.

So Maryland teams are the only ones with holdbacks??

Get your facts straight. It doesn't make sense for people to pay to fly out to Denver to play teams that are within driving distance. That is what this is about. Practicality. It just makes sense.

No, it won't. It will be an indication of teams that don't want to pay for airfare for 13 year olds to play in a tournament.

Or it's a confirmation that it's completely stupid to hold a championship tournament in Denver when all the good teams are in MD and NY. Whatever the rules are you are doubling to money it takes to play for these teams if you have to fly a family to d never for 4 days.

Same cry babies on here complaining about holdbacks. Rosters can be checked at any time by any club to another. EVERY SINGLE TEAM AS A HOLDBACK !
This tournament will be for the real deal 2022 teams that are not worried about cry babies and the level of competition which will be the best my son will face .

Or it's a confirmation that it's completely stupid to hold a championship tournament
for 7th graders. Thanks.

Not all teams have hold backs that's why the WYSL tournament is for the best teams with no hold backs . Then you will see who are the best teams .
Sorry
Crabs
Fca
Team 91
Hawks

Tell me again which teams don't have holdbacks?
You'd be surprised I bet. (Even some of these A and B teams have holdbacks)
