This was a great game. YJ lost in 4th OT in what was the most exciting game of the tourney.

Kudos to the 3D coach who was down 6-2 at half and made all the changes to win. Great to see the growth out west and lock forward to future match ups with them.

Looks like Daddy coach swindled his way onto the sidelines and AB actually listened to who Daddy said to play. Only reason they lost that game. Daddy should stay with the other Daddy's instead of selfishly promoting his girl. Embarrassing! When will the craziness end????? Stick with your own team and stop the fantasy of the D1 full scholarship.

Long islands first best andd most elite club (per cr) should be winning it all. Especially with only 1 MD team there. Coaching is becoming more important as the field is leveling. What we have seen all summer is YJ have some studs but also have some terribe coaches

Unfortunately, you have guys like this in every sport. It starts in little league when they buddy up with the coach to be the assistant or try to get on the BOD. This way they can make sure that the kid gets on the best team, starts and gets a lot of PT. Then when it comes time for school sports, they get in the coaches ear and either donate equipment or their time to the team. Next thing you know, his kid made the team even though he/she didn’t deserve to. If this guy swindled his way into a YJ coaching position as you say, then I’m sure he’s found a way to get his daughter a nice scholarship.

That is embarrassing. You have to feel sorry for his kid. It must be uncomfortable for her to play for a team that she doesn’t belong on. I’m sure all the girls on the team know that she is only there because of her father. Very sad.

What's sad is your hard-on for this guy that doesn't stop. Why do you get such a charge out of this? You need a hobby other than talking crap about a guy and his kid. Neither of which you probably even know. We get it, you and your kid are awesome.

Worst part is he convinced 23 other girls and their families to go along for the ride and compete for a "National Championship" they had no chance of winning.

First, congrats to the YJ on winning all three divisions. However, with only (17) teams represented in U15 and (7) being LI based this tournament is far from tough. (4) clubs from LI were represented and the first three places were (3) of those clubs top teams.

Can LI bid for the U15 tournament next year??

Good run for Integrity, but lost to a good team. They're a very good, solid team. Not as close as hoped. Congrats.

Doesn’t matter to him, he gets a free ride, hotel, airfare tourney. Now he can say his kid was invited to U15.

YJ 2021 should be so proud . [lacrosse] fill in daddy coach leaves his kid in almost entire game while they are up by 10 plus goals while some kids barely get in . Coach is a clown who knows nothing about lax but climbs far enough up the queens " bee hive" to be allowed to control his kids team . Maybe these parents will decide enough is enough .

Hahaha! Jealous much? Let me guess you sit on the sidelines with a beer and [lacrosse] about how unfair everyone is, how bad the kids play, the coaches and officials suck and anything else that comes to mind. Meanwhile, what have you ever done to help any kid get better or move up? Nothin. Ever helped coach? How about just gathering up lacrosse balls or picking up cones? Ever contributed anything? Nope, you're too busy slinging mud at other people to roll up your sleeves and do something useful.

Too lazy and too much of a loser. I bet that's why your kid doesn't play much either - takes after dad and doesn't like to work. Yup, it's the other parents fault. We know. Have a beer, you'll feel better.

So we all know the YJ's have played some great games this summer against the MD teams (the ones that didn't play this week) but they just outscored the competition at the National Championships 108 to 16!

I think that says it all that there was ZERO competition.

And how is 22-0 ever defensible? I don't care if it was the world championships that shows zero class

YJ scored a lot of goals against far inferior teams (they love to pad their stats)... But they only scored 7 against Liberty in the final and allowed 4 goals.

Liberty is gaining on the bee...

It's a shame that the kids would be taught to partake in a 22-0 beat down. They learn to beat on the weak. A solid 10 goal beating is one thing... and there's nothing wrong with it.

I recently saw a game a few weeks back where a beating was being delivered and not only did they not relent, they started with the trick shots. I was hoping if nothing else the other team would be told to start slashing the ever-loving [lacrosse] out of the hotshots.

When your team is up by 15 with 3 minutes to go, hold the ball. Weak parents and coaches, weak in the sense of being secure and being genuinely sure of themselves, are what lead to this stuff. The bad result is the kids learn that it's cool to beat the weak to death.

Yeah, like the kids on the other end of the beating care how many of the goals count towards a tie-breaker. Whatever helps you feel better about it ...

EVEN WORSE! There was no benefit in running up the scores except to pad stats. In what would be a PR nightmare for most clubs, the YJ's defend and embrace. Tells you a lot about the directors, coaches and parents. If CR mandated nobody wins by more than 10, nobody would

Holy crap, your analysis is wholly crap. Peat is a type of moss, Pete is a guy that was a saint, bleat is what you are doing here. I wasn't trying to be half right- I was looking to poke fun at two dopes bickering about chest pounding nonsense and now we are bickering about my turning of a phrase.

That’s your problem right there coach. You or any parent shouldn’t be gathering up lacrosse balls or picking up cones and for you to expect any parent to do so is ridiculous. Regardless if it’s PAL or Travel, the kids should be doing that along with picking up any trash and breaking down the cages and putting them away. If you’re stuck doing this at the end of each practice, then that’s your own fault and shows that the kids and their parents don’t respect you. Trust me, there’s nothing wrong with giving kids some responsibility and teaching them to work hard so they can get ahead instead of having DADDY do all the work for them. For you to be kissing up to people so she makes a team or starts or whatever, is only doing her an injustice.
