MD parent here--looking forward to coming up for NLF Super Series at Sachem East next weekend. 2 questions: what is best place to get a bagel near the field and where is the best bar? Ask your coach's wife.

go to Bagel Boss on Route 347...and go have a drink by the water in Port Jefferson. Give Danfords a try to start (its for tourists) and then make your way around town and you will have plenty of choices.

No one should have any regrets. All these teams are fine. When they are in 9th grade , no one cares anymore. Will all be about college recruiting.

Bethesda over Smash 7-6 and Express over Hawks 10-9. Close games.
Bethesda vs. Express in E8 championship. (Bethesda did not even make Hoco playoffs - parity).
It may be a long time before we see all the best 2022s in one tournament like this again. Thanks to MM for pulling this together.

BLC had guest or even a completely different team than they fielded all year in MD. Sounded Like Express grabbed some local boys to help them along with other guest too..
Good teams all around and High Level lacrosse for this age.
Congrats to Express.

Best part is the sidelines quiet down too as coaches line them

This was a great tourney - so many tight games. 15 of the games were decided by 2 goals or less.

Congrats to Express. The best part about summer tourneys is that all teams turn into all star teams taking kids from the other clubs that are not playing that weekend.

D-Backs, MM team and hawks are all the same players from all year. Teams beat each other up all year long. True 2022 teams out to face the best there is. Period. nice try though with age comment. Bethesda won 2 games in league play in MD.

1 to 2 goal games weren't considered level? Every game was close. Coaching excellent! Parents maintained good sideline behavior for the most part. Great tournament that any team could have won.

Thought most everyone was civil with a few exceptions. Igloo parent got tossed today. One of Untited coaches ejected yesterday for arguing with ref.

Regardless. Extremely advanced level of play by all of the teams, forgetting about who won and who lost. An incredible pool of players out there. Clearly all of the boys have worked very hard and we should celebrate their success. Good luck to all this summer. It will continue to fun for the boys and for us to watch.
