It's YJ as the top team. Young Guns is not in the discussion, and never has at this age group.
Now let's go to the best of the rest. M&D and Stars are the only ones to hang with YJ.
Integrity and Heroes round out a great group.
That's what the college coaches will be looking at, so yes it does matter if your team is in the top 5. Stars certainly not top 5 unless the improved dramatically from this past season

That's what the college coaches will be looking at, so yes it does matter if your team is in the top 5. Heroes beat Yj last summer... TG had one loss in two years until coach left (and the only loss was a game he wasn't at), players scattered and SS blew up what was left of the team after he left, could have been a great team if they stayed together - btw TG and Leg both beat Stars easily last fall

This is a major hit for the TG team, you saw how her high school team faired without her in the playoffs. This 2020black team was hanging on to last thread of competitiveness last year with two of the top girls in the age group playing for them, what will they look like this summer with both of them gone?

Absolutely! She will be missed, TG would need all the girls to step up and fulfill the void.
Wishing her a speedy recovery. One question I would like to put out there to this community. Is it true? That ( L ) b team has a some highly talented girl they picked up for this summer, or the rumor is just that a rumor. And if said person is that good why placed on the B team. Both teams have been progressing steadily. You know how rumors and facts are. The program as a whole top to bottom has seen some talented girls come over, and some real athletic girls came over who have really developed quickly. The coaching has been outstanding all year round for all teams. Nice way to plug your program Mr or Mrs L.

Please don't brag too much. The help is home grown I can guarantee that do some research before being so quick on the brownie points Mr. Or Mrs L. Aka known as Mr stand alone. On that note enjoy the summer and let all girls enjoy the season. It's only 8th/9th grades girls non commits. Enjoying the game!!!

I think people are over thinking or putting to much into this. Who cares it is a sport that is still trying to find its way, and with the amount of changes coming by way of the USL most girls would ended up quitting. If it becomes overwhelming just relax everyone B team A team they all have the same rules.

The good news is virtually no one has any idea who all these clowns are talking about . Kids change clubs all the time . There seems to be only 1 A level 2020 teams left on LI. Then you have a new club that has been filled w B level players but is working hard so possibly can compete w the A teams . After that it's essentially some B and low B top teams .

Liberty did a lot for the kids this year though. They had a lot of practices, scrimmages with other clubs, winter clinics and a winter league. They have been growing the program in terms of what they offer which has been great for the kids.

Liberty was always known as a Manhasset based program but maybe they are starting to broaden their reach. The seem to be more competitive at the older ages.
