I agree re: holdbacks. This is 8th grade youth lacrosse. 16 year olds should not be playing against 13 year olds. If you haven't seen the Crabs line up - you are in for a treat. It is comical how big (old) these kids are on this team. How a parent allows their kid to part of the Crabs farce is beyond me. Perhaps the funniest think about it is that with even kids 1 and 2 years older they are losing.
