91, Igloo, Legacy, Express, should be destinations for top kids. After those, Shore, Rebels, Moose, then the B teams of those above. If looking for a lax team for training purposes, Turtles, but not serious yet, maybe LI Jesters, but not that serious and , more of a town team. Most top end talent will merge to first batch as they get close to World Series.

1 child tells a story to another child. By the time it gets to coach and parents it’s 100% accurate and true too! This. Been watching this crop up time and time again on this page since it happened. Bottom line is no one here knows exactly what happened BUT his reputation and behavior prior (for years) makes it believable and that in itself is a shame. How could anyone want him as a coach for their daughter - with or without the classless comment. Yes we do know. He called a player a piece of sh@t during the game. This was heard by spsg player who was standing right there. She immediately went to the ref who claimed he didn’t hear anything. During handshake lines, BR called the player classless. She asked in disbelief if he was really saying that. He said it again. The next day he lied about saying the first comment and altered what he said in handshake line. Maryvale did no investigation, took BR at his word and yes they were told about all of his previous outbursts. Don’t forget about the ongoing posts on his social media feed where he is trolling the same high school girl. Which girl? The classless one?

They lost their lil FOGO to Ex East. Their FOGO situation, is a situation. They had talent show up to tryouts, but only took 4 kids? Friend group much? Ex east plays the daddy kid…he couldn’t actually make a move/run towards the goal when the sole defender FELL DOWN Flat! Real programs don’t have daddy coaches, end of story. Because their BF play over everyone. Did the 91 goalie go to the turtles, or was that the 30 kid—he’s good!

Smithtown East Bulls coming in at number 23 according to LILj. Mount Sinai was ranked 21 in same ranking. The Bulls were 10-5 in the regular season last year and got into the playoffs as a five seed where they defeated both fourth seeded Commack and top seeded Ward Melville to make it all the way to the Suffolk Class A County Finals where they gave the reigning two-time Long Island champion Northport Tigers everything they had where their season came to an end.
This season so far SE girl has 79 goals 38 assists for a total of 117 points, which is leading all of Long Island.
SE girl had 6G4A vs Longwood. 5G3A vs Floyd, 5G4A verse Northport, 4Goals vs Melville etc... all top teams... Face guard with a backer in every game!
I think Northwestern knew what they were doing when the picked her up after her performance last season. Northwestern knew what they were doing? Go back to the 2023 class and see how those leading scorers did at the next level this year. You may be surprised. Nothing surprising there. Most top HS players do not get significant playing time as freshman. There is a lot involved such as upperclassmen ahead of you, injuries, portal. Any girl who gets to play even a little as Freshman is lucky because some don’t even touch the field. You can’t score goals if you’re not playing.I know one girl who was a top HS player, but hardly played this year at a top 20 school. She was not happy and entered the portal. She currently has 4 official visits set up to other top 20 schools. I don’t necessarily agree with that because I think things change dramatically as a sophomore when you are in line for a starting position or at least a playing position. That’s why it’s so important to pick the best school and not necessarily the best lax program. Northwestern is a program that is graduating a lot of starters, so there is a chance that a freshman might play there, however, there are also a lot of talented players that have been patiently waiting there tern as well as the portal, so you never really know what will happen. This goes for all schools. Exhibit A: Look no further than last years northwestern freshman #25 who Started all 22 games ... Totaled 53 goals and 17 assists, was third on the team with 56 draw controls That girl is a rare exception. She was able to fill a unique role where all of the attention was on two of the best to ever play. Good for her, but not typical. Reading comprehension isnt strong in SE? (Assuming the same anonymous is the same person) One minute you say most top HS dont get playing time as college freshman then when presented with exhibit A you are now backtracking in the next breath by saying the girl is rare exception. This isnt BK you cant have it your way I made the first comment, not the second. So you can retract the SE reading comprehension statement. SE player is a great HS player, but so are all the girls getting recruited to top 20 teams. Some get lucky and have opportunities to play as freshman and most don’t. It’s going to be a big reality check for most who need to learn to be part of something bigger than themselves. With Floyd out and SE out, I think the top player in Suffolk needs to go go SE, just like it should have last year. Only other player worthy is Northport do it all senior who is fantastic! All good. My bad. Retracted and withdrawn. With majority of keyboard tough guys being anonymous (including myself) its hard to tell who is arguing with whom.

Looks Like true is adding another team in Maryland. True HOCO. 29 a younger. I am guessing their business model is working. Wonder which team they bought. Some kind of power struggle between the VA families and the MD families? VA is claiming teams success do MD has to travel more. Or there is nothing out there, so they are staking claim? This has nothing to do with True Chesapeake.

What has he done in past? Nothing! Besides some BS accusations on BOTC. Girls who played for him love him. He yells at refs like every coach does. Throwing in a new topic.
VLC 2028 is looking to have tryouts this July. Any idea on who would be the coach?
Also, they are have tryouts at GMU and another at Independence High School, Ashburn. VLC already tried to restart 2028 last year with Dico coaching, and couldn't get enough kids to tryouts to field a team. They had a chance two years ago with two full teams (which now have numerous players on HOCO elite rosters), but they blew it with organizational incompetence, inability to retain sufficient coaching, and a generally antagonistic attitude towards parents. That organization and burned its bridges with its target audience and they are all now commuting to MD or playing for True.

Championship will crabs over the hawks decisively - those two teams are so much better than anyone else in HoCo this year. Worth noting that the only local teams who have beaten either of those teams in recent memory are the hit squad and chain bridge all stars. Both fluke wins with subpar talent and coaching from those two teams. Congrats on your meaningless wins. Enjoy riding the bench at Bullis and Landon Chain Bridge ran over the Crabs. Gave up a meaningless goal at the end for a 9-6 score. Without ever practicing. They only had 19 players on the sideline. The score was 7-2 at one point. Not a fluke. It was the better 12-13 DCE kids and best 5-6 kids from Next Level. Therein lies the problem. The 3 DMV teams don’t have enough elite talent to play with the Hawks and Crabs, too diluted. But when they gang up, they can compete with anyone. 3 teams from the same town not a recipe for success. So your all star team can compete with regular club team. The only thing impressive is that they did it without practice. Imagine a Crabs, FCA, Hawks all star team. That team would be called '2027 CrabHawks.' Nobody from FCA would make that squad.

Disgusting display of sportsmanship at Mhs during first round of playoffs to run the score up 22 to 2. Who does that... Daddy ball coach. What are they teaching the boys. Did the eighth graders from the club team they brought up for the playoffs score so they can say they played varsity lax for 5 years with stats to prove it. I guess lax is all about bringing in money for the club team and use the kids to draw more boys to the program. they should all be fired. The MHS parents should be proud of themselves for not saying something to the AD and school board. Again Disgusting display of restraint, and lack of sportsmanship. Just goes to show you they are classless coaches. “Daddy coaches” dude stop, your team got smoked. It happens. Don’t like the score? Get better. It’s not the other teams responsibility, try notifying your own AD about the horrible coaching Hicksville has. Worry about your own. Clown

B lacrosse is so bad that Curly, a team that is barely ranked in the Md top 40, has a chance to 3-peat.
They don't have one win this year over a team ranked in the top 40 in the state.
Curley is face guarding SPP's best player right now. And SPP can't figure it out. It's just bad lacrosse.

How often is it evaluated? Broadneck: 2,174 SP: 1,873 seems odd they are not in same division. Every two years reclassification occurs. It is based on school population and also depends on the sport/participation in the sport (lacrosse being the sport most effected by this as not all schools have it).
