No one said they were #2 and no one calls them “The Express”, especially an Express parent. The reference is being made to that one individual who tried to make it a point that Express had a very successful weekend including losing to Eclipse by a closer margin than any other team. That makes no sense. Recon could’ve lost by 30 instead of 13 if Eclipse wanted to. They played all their players and held back production against some teams including an injured 91 team.

Express is ok lets not make them better than they are on this board.. sure they did fine in the Qualifier one weekend doesn't make a good team they have a long way to go. 91 was injured against eclipse? is that what the excuse is? Was the Igloo game too physical for them or did they have injuries coming into the weekend? It is amazing the stuff can come up with when they are looking for excuses

He’s their best regular player (not an add just for this tournament). Don’t think that closes a 6 goal gap though.

But when they faced Chaos back then known as Pride, they lost twice to them. Making it 3 loses to that team in 2 years. I don’t recall any other Ll teams beating them (Nationals).

Looks like 91 has all of their A&B teams in all the other brackets, but not for 2029 It’s a World Series year 91 is super selective in who they play in World Series years and normally selective entering tournaments unless they know they are the clear cut favorites to win it. Too many good teams in this tournament to enter.

Too many good teams in this tournament to enter. They didn’t play the Blatant Spring Jam last year either. And the rest of that is just ridiculous. They are playing the World Series where Eclipse is the clear frontrunner. NLF Opener: Hawks or Laxachusetts Black will be the favorites. Tristar: Eclipse will be the favorites. NLF Championship: Eclipse, West Coast Starz, Laxachusetts Black, or maybe last years champs, Resolute? They are not playing any gimme tournaments.

Rebels gonna break their own tournament rules and show up with their 28’s tomorrow? https://www.blatantevents.com/23-24-event-rulesPlayer Eligibility Players may play in divisions according to their grade, or above. No player will be permitted to play in any group below the year they are set to graduate, regardless of any circumstance related to how old the player is. This is a grade tournament, not an age eligible play below the grade tournament like the World Series.

These are the age eligibility rules for youth lacrosse: https://www.usalacrosse.com/age-eligibility-guidelinesThe rules are right on tourneymachine app for Blatant Spring Jam. Clearly says what is posted above about grade. Sure you have to meet the age requirements, but also the grade requirement. So must be 2029, born June 1 2010 or later. Have to meet both requirements, not just one. World Series is age requirement only, no grade requirement. If there was no grade requirement it is U13 not 2029 lacrosse, which is exactly why WorldnSeries shows as U13

They all play mixed grade middle school lacrosse. Does winning a T shirt mean that much to you?

The Fusion Futures that showed up at the World Series qualifier were basically Nationals LC without their 14-15 year olds. Looked very pedestrian. The whole Nationals LC/Fusion Futures nonsense is a complete joke. Hope they enjoy those middle school rankings because stuff is going to even out in another year or so for those kids who can't cut it playing with kids their age.

You don’t know what you are talking about. Futures has 4 kids that play on Nationals. Yes, others did play on Nationals, but no longer do. With the exception of the World Series roster (since they use different birthdates, 100 Mile rule), these are all local kids that weren’t happy on their old clubs and wanted to play together.

No coincedence that the two teams are run by brothers? They both play the dial-a-ringer game for whichever tournament they are dropping a team into.

That’s the brother of a kid who used to be on the team. He’s not even on the roster anymore. everyone just needs to accept the fact until they check kids at the tournaments , roster games will be played... its not a uniform process so gotta move on from it or move on from lax. Is it right? no but unfortunately everyone does it. Looking at some of the kids on that team at the tourney I'm sure not all were "on age" could they be 29's ..I guess. But then again it's a national team so maybe they are. Either way I agree with one of the previous poster's not very impressive..solid team but I could agree with Eclipse WS is prob better. I think at the end of the season you'll know what teams are legit and what teams are not by the tourney's they play in and how those tourney's choose their age verification process.

Bologney. They're not all local Philly kids on Futures, fact. And they abuse the the lack of age requirements as much, if not more than Nationals. And they had 8 kids ineligible for World Series due to age and location. And they looked quite pedestrian when required to play by, what most people would consider, normal rules. They're a good squad, just like Nationals, but let's not pretend that neither team isn't taking advantage of a broken system, just like Red Hots and most of the Maryland teams.
