Based on early results and overreactions.

Express- looks good, close with vs 3D, killed s2s
Legacy- 2nd tier of the A group. Not quite there.
Shore 2 Shore - doesn’t belong
Rebels- could be surprise team ? Lost by 1 to leading edge, killed primetime.
Moose, Igloo, 91 - play in afternoon. Follow up then.

Reporting live from st Dom’s

Update

Express - Trouble in Express land?
Legacy - Nice tie vs express. Inconsistent but can get there?
Shore 2 Shore - Outscored 32-4, would have been better in B
Rebels - Definitely surprised. 1 Goal loss to Leading Edge (Best team there), and wins over PT and 2Way.
Moose - Igloo - 91 to follow

How about the rebels bringing down 5 28’s. One of them was very large. Way to stay classy in a fall tournament! Maybe the lunatic rebel mom should stay quiet too.

Not true. They do have 2 age-eligible 28s for WS that are reclassing and 2 2030's on the team. Seems like some sour grapes ??

Not sour, we beat them. But I am mistaken. They have three 2028’s and two 2030’s. Still classy!!!

Sounds like your org doesn’t have a 28 team… hmm wonder who you can be!

Every year World Series teams play with their eligible players, get over it.

Congrats you beat them on their first weekend while missing multiple top kids. Hope that works out for you!

Agreed, this it’s time people realize rebels are going to stay around and be one of top clubs, nothing is wrong with that.

No one promotes more on this forum than the Rebels nerds, hence why people make fun of them. Their director of the 2030 club came on here and said they’ll play anyone, anywhere and now that team is falling apart, pulled out of last two tourneys.
Rebels are all talk

And yes they clearly got older.

The officiating in the express legacy game was a joke.
It was actually a nice tie by express considering the officials.

They are just much better, and have a great staff. Good to have another team to the mix.

I heard it’s 4. I don’t know about reclassing but they are age eligible for WS.

2030 is a total joke. Played b bracket and barely won. Rebels are good starter program. Like the lax starter set you buy on Amazon. It runs out after a year and then you have to buy a 91 helmet!

It’s fall, everyone has injuries, you know it’s more than that!. I was there yesterday and I’d bet dollars to donuts that every aa team had a kid or 2 on crutches, and key players for sure. I’m sure the non injured parents loved the opportunity to not allow their kid the opportunity to shine, it’s not like they were playing 91, express or 2way

91 is not a top tier team.Igloo did more then win a t shirt .They beat you.And so did Moose lax.1-2 buddy. Now 91 will go play some soft comp tournament to get the parents diluted egos back on track. But that has been backfiring on them as well. And I was at that Igloo /91 game.91 kept their so called starters in the whole game.Igloo had balanced subscriptions throughout the game.So before you try and down play the loss by using terms like “fall ball”.Look at who was actually playing fall ball and who wasn’t.

Hold on 91 went 1-2.This means they will shoot up in the rankings. And in a week or two their parents will have them attached to meaningless “showcases” and fake all star teams for their social media accounts.Get the popcorn ready.

Dismiss it all you want right now Igloo is the best team on Long Island … fall ball at this age is no excuse anymore at this age kids are ready to play or they are not 91/express have a long way to go to catch up.

Yes it is more than that. Other kids weren’t available either
No luxury of having 30+ roster
There will be other tournaments relax worry about your own

Kudos to Igloo. They seem to be better prepared than the other teams thus far. Nice athletic and balanced team. Lost their fogo but found maybe a better one…….but it still is fall ball and a long way to go until summer where they tend to drop off and play in softer tournaments than express/91 which up and down the age groups will continue to be amongst top teams. Moose looks to be in the mix for next few years if they stay together. Don’t sleep on the Rebels!

Igloo is 1-1 against Mooselax this Fall. They only beat 91 by 1 goal and didn’t even play Express or Rebels this weekend. By the way no T Shirts were given out yesterday.

Issue is moose doesn’t stay together… see their 26,27,28 teams.

26 merged with legacy east
27 and 28 folded

Igloo is not 1-1. S moose that’s false check again. To use everyone’s fall excuse igloo def had some sloppy moments that let to 2/3 goals for 91 but your lying to yourself if u think 91 was ever in the game , express has played no one and struggles to beat anyone so far. Express made their soft schedule harder than it had to be. Igloo already beat Tebs black. Get the facts straight.

Fall ball excuses just never end.
91 kept all their guys in all game as usual.
Like previously posted. Why not just say you got beat.Always has to be some sort of an excuse with the 91 people. From what I heard the only reason why it was close was because Igloo was sloppy. So take your losses like a man.Moose was missing one of their best and beat you by 2.What’s the story with that loss?
And while we are at it everyone knows the 91 head coach refused to shake hands after the Igloo game.So that just goes to show the culture that is being infused over there.Class act.
