INFORMATION ON THE NCAA DIVISION I, II AND III WOMENS LACROSSE RECRUITING CALENDAR
The Recruiting Calendar for Underclassmen (Womens):
- August 1st 2017 through August 14th 2017: Dead Period
- August 15th 2017 through August 31st 2017: Quiet Period
- September 1st 2017 through November 30th 2017: Contact Period [evaluations allowed with the following exceptions (1-3)]
- (1) November 6th 2017 through November 9th 2017: (1) Dead Period
- (2) November 3rd-5th, October 10th-12th & October 17th-19th: (2) Evaluation Period
- (3) November 22nd 2017 through November 24th 2017: (3) Dead Period
- December 1st 2017 through December 30th 2017: Contact Period w/ the following exepction (1)
- (1) December 24th 2017 through December 26th 2017: (1) Dead Period
- December 31st 2017 through January 2nd 2018: Dead Period
- Januray 3rd 2018 through May 24th 2018: Contact Period w/ the following exception (1)
- (1) April 9th 2018 through April 12th 2018: (1) Dead Period
- May 25th through May 27th 2018: Dead Period w/ the following exception (1)
- (1) Coaches can conduct evaluations during the NCAA Division 1 Championship. It is limited to one event for the coach and the event has to take place within a one-hundred mile radius.
- May 28th 2018 through June 7th 2018: Contact Period
- June 8th 2018 thorugh July 31st 2018: Evaluation Period with the following exception (1)
- (1) July 3rd through July 5th 2018: (1) Dead Period
NCAA Division II
- Coaches can start mailing recruiting material, calling you, and making off-campus contact on June 15th before your junior year in high school.
The Recruiting Calendar For Underclassmen (Womens):
The current NCAA Division 2 Womens Lacrosse recruiting calendar runs June 1st 2017 through May 31st 2018.
The following dates are the dead periods and a list of the recruiting tactics that are allowed. There is no recruiting calendar outside of the established dead periods.
- November 6th 2017 through November 8th 2017 (7am): Dead Period
- April 9th 2018 through April 11th (7am): Dead Period
NCAA Division III & NAIA
Coaches can send printd materials and call at any time.
The Recruiting Calendar for Underclassmen:
There are no set NCAA Division 3 Recruiting Calendars. College coaches at the NCAA Division 3 level can contact and recruit without certain dead periods, contact periods, and quiet periods.
