i do not think all of the coaches are trying to put together "the best team possible to be successful". Some of these coaches are only trying to promote their own children. If they were really trying to "put together the best team possible" their own daughters would not be on the teams. Not the case for all coaches and teams, but more often than not-this is the case. |
