"Yes, YJ picked up a very good 2020 player. However, there is a current 2020 YJ player that is a fantastic player that may actually be better than the one you're getting. There are also at least 2 TG girls that match her in skill. She certainly won't hurt the YJ team but that team already has a bunch of talent."
While I tend to agree in terms of team play and making the kids around her better Tg still has a kid that as of now is the best .
So this debate comes down to preference, what kind of player do you like as they are opposite ends of the spectrum. One is the strongest take it to the rim style, can bull her way through multiple defenders and put a shot on goal or draw a foul. Very strong isolation player but very one dimensional. The other has wicked field awareness, game sense, stick skills, ball movement, passes, make everyone around her better, etc..... Teams have to commit to one style of play or the other for either to thrive.
