DONOTDELETE	Express will be better this year. Outlaws will be better this year. Both could jump up a few notches. Igloo will not be as good, other teams have more talent. Jesters will take a step back. TLI plays no one so who cares. Smash and united still the best. But express and outlaws significantly closed the gap this year.
