One of the kids who left had physical talent and is a good kid but simply not coachable. We are with him on the new team and only time will tell if he can make the changes necessary to reach his potential. My sense is Turtles is a system and if you don't fit, the system spits you out. Parents need to understand what they are getting into with these club teams. The branding and the reality are different. |
