Is there any law that prohibits for-profit groups using the town of oyster bay fields for free ?

FIELD RESERVATIONS
The Permits Division coordinates scheduling for all playing fields, which must be reserved for use during their seasons. Residency requirements must be met. For information, call (516) 797-4120.
