Its the only victory your organization can hang its hat on. Everyone in TG knows the 2021 Black team was not good when the season started. They got it together by the end of the summer. 2021 Black was not strong but it is well known up and down the east coast they Elevate is a B program trying to hang with the big girls. Little help with recruiting other then some exposure. Uniforms horrendous. My guess is SS was and still may be the main attraction. Problem is in the beginning people were told it was her club , that obviously was false, its her dads club and he brings mostly negative with him. Like Reply Quote

All depends on which team you're on, and what your relationship is with the coaches and the Smiths. Some are having a great experience, some ok, and some not so good. If uniforms are on your priority list, and you don't think they help with recruiting, it's obvious you have no idea what you're talking about. Like Reply Quote

I think it's partly the coaching, partly the talent a coach has on his/her team & partly the girls themselves (attitude, team player & sportsmanship)! Its not that SL is such a great coach, he is on par with most other Hs coaches and coaches at other travel clubs. Being merely a suitable coach he sticks out like a sore thumb at topguns where they seriously have zero coaching. Hiring real coaches must dip into to profits too much. Like Reply Quote

They are losing at least 3 from last year, including their best player (the one who played with the 2020 girls two seasons ago) (all going to YJ's). YJ's will be the best team in this age once the new girls come. YJ 2021 team will go close to undefeated next season. Like Reply Quote
