Where are schedules posted

The only material to which BOTC is privy at this point is the dates on which the games will be hosted.

SESSION 2 – JAN 18TH – MAR 9TH

3. February 1st & 2nd
4. February 8th & 9th
5. February 15th & 16th, February 17th-19th JV and Varsity Games 5PM-7PM, February 20th JV and Varsity Games 6PM-9PM

8. March 8th & 9th

This league has been poorly run and managed. We played last year and it was a lot better - they need to better organize themselves or they will lose out very quicly!

A week before the start of session 2 and still no schedule posted.

All I see are people complaining about this league.
Yet it is sold out with 100 plus team.
I know there are not that many options for indoor.
But if teams didn't sign up maybe they would make it better.
Rockstar and the hub are laughing all the way to the bank!

the sign-ups for both sessions were in sept/oct and last year the Hub league was run much much better - live and learn, will be passing next year if rockstar is still involved

Last year the hub league was lighthouse not rock star.

I'm not sure what it was called last year, but the schedules were out in advance and evry week there were scores and standings posted by the end of the weekend - not to mention all the games were at the Hub

Yes it was run by lighthouse lacrosse last year instead of by rockstar lacrosse this year. The HUB just rents the facility they have nothing to do with the league.

AeroLax ran the girls league last year. I don't think Lifhthouse had anything to do with the league.

The Rockstar Lacrosse Winter League or Rockstar LWL is a league that stretches across several indoor sports facilities on Long Island. The syndicated league will be played mostly at the Long Island Sports Hub which is conveniently located on the North Shore of Long Island by the LIE 495 and 135 Seaford Oyster Bay Expressway, and Smithtown Sports Arena conveniently located out East on the Island. You will play most games in the facility local to your area, but will be asked to expand your commute to incorporate the wider variety of teams available for play in the Nassau and Suffolk regions.

Rockstar Winter League session 2 starts this weekend? With this being a holiday weekend, it would be nice to have a schedule.....

BOTC has just received a full copy of the Session II schedule. The league will include 153 teams for this session over the course of eight weeks of game play at two facilities. Rockstar has been listening to the issues raised with Session I and is going to make every effort to record weekly wins and losses for this second session.

Let me offer my personal thoughts on this idea of revisions.

There are more than 150 teams in this session's league and when you sign up, you agree to play the six games. Unless you were scheduled for a specific "black-out" time that your submitted with your application, each team should meet its commitment.

Dozens of posts have discussed the fact that Session II's schedule had not been published. Well, all of the planning has been done allowing two months to rejuggle individual plans as needed - or just miss a game.

I agree. But I can GUARANTEE the REVISED schedule is coming.

Wow SHow up at 630. The Jv and Varsity was told they would play early or late games , this would lead you to believe that everyone else wouldn't. Brutal

I would expect some revisions based on the fact that I see one team playing 2 games the same day, on in St James and another in Syosset 2 hours later

I'm a team director and have not yet received anything from Rockstar regarding the Session 2 schedule. That, coupled with the fact that they still haven't even published it on the Sports Hub website, leads me to believe that this schedule is not the final one.

My first game is Saturday morning, so I sent my team what I found on this site.

What is the likelihood that the schedule will change, and how much notice will we have?

Since Back of the Cage seems to have some privileges that the rest of us don't, can you please find out for us?

I will be waking up my 11 year old at 5:45 Saturday morning for his game but we'll probably get a group of families to invade a local diner afterwards and make the best of it. With 150 teams there is only so much room to fit that many games.

BOTC was expressly told that we were on the distribution list for coaches - and received this schedule at 11:44pm last night (Monday night). BOTC was requested to post this information as soon as possible which has been done. We strongly urge you to both check that your team appears on the Team Master Index and that the e-mails from the Rockstar Lacrosse group have not been blocked by a spam filter or placed into your junk folder.

Again, we have been told that this was the schedule to be followed.

The schedule for this weekend is set. As for notice time on additional changes, you will need to consult with Rockstar at the Sports Hub this weekend. When BOTC receives e-mail notification of changes, we typically get the data posted within hours.
