I thought 2020 was 6th grade and many boys on the team if not all are u13. Because there is no such thing as u12.

Yes you are correct. 6th graders would not qualify for u11 as per US lacrosse rules

because the majority of the kids were born in 02. 11 year olds playing 12&13 yr olds. nobody justified a thing, they lost in the finals.

It is what it is.... Find the appropriate tourney then if you want a victory; otherwise, you should be proud of the way the boys competed if you made it to the finals. You don't have to justify to anyone. You are U-13 now. Young, but U-13.

. You must be a crush mommy or daddy. I bet your son doesn't play much or is not allowed to shoot. Are you the parent who keeps all the stats for 11 year old lacrosse? Pathetic worrying about other teams. Go crawl back under your rock. I bet you did not excel in sports yourself.

They lost in the semis to a team they beat in the preliminary round, great game. They played U13 and all of the other teams were comprised of 7th graders, they killed all the other teams they played but lost to True Illinois who had a lot of big fast kids and they lost by a goal. Good experience for the boys and they should be proud of the way they played.

Not good enough for a crush mommy or daddy. Their insecurity is showing and growing. What is with the crush mommies wearing those hideous 91 sweatshirts. Most likely 5 minute playing time per game t-shirt seekers.

Gotta love those Crush parents. Especially the ones who's kids never play. They pay their monies and follow JS wherever he goes. "just happy to be part of the team coach".
Pathetic. JS only cares about a select few. He doesn't even start his best face off kid on the team. He starts the other coaches son who needs to be in the spotlight., even though his light is dimming quickly. Keep focusing on your behind the back and between the leg shoots and see where that takes you in a few years.

Does "Stat Mom" keep a record of playing time? She may want to have a sit down with JS and review her notes. Seems to be some favoritism going on.

Are you guys seriously still harping on this? Can we please move on- it is beyond pathetic at this point. I look forward to reading about all the 2020 teams, not just one, that a bunch of parents from other teams notice that Crush kids do not get equal playing time. Why do you care if it is not your kid on the bench? The message has been played out- move on.

Did any 2020 teams play this past week end? Any playing this up coming week end?

It is is only a matter of time and so many people on the Crush have burnt some many bridges that no matter how good your kid is people do not want to be around you . Think about that while you are running up the scores on people and shooting behind your back , because the first chance JS has to he will leave that team in a minute but that is ok you have a great waterboy and an assistant that has to have his kid the center of attention ... GOOD LUCK !!!!!!!

I find it hilarious that the Express team has never beaten Crush and yet all you pathetic Express parents can do nothing other than lash out at Crush parents..

Hows that inferiority complex coming along???

Maybe you should be looking at ways to improve your team, and not worry about how much better ours is

There is no way that an Express parent would write such things...look elsewhere to spew your venom...we're happy with our team, parents, coaches and program

True Illinois turned around and lost to a team from Charlotte NC in the championship

All teams were U-13 eligible for Fall 2013/Spring 2014

It will be "interesting" to see how many Crush kids ride the bench this weekend and see who takes their opening face off.

Good luck to all the boys. No matter where they are playing.

Crush dads clock playing time? I would think that anyone playing on crush would know going in that play time is dramatically unequal.

Crush is falling apart internally there are many people looking to jump ship and it is not the role players. Hopefully they work out there differences with the faceoff guys and they stay together but it is not looking like they can put there differences aside. I think you can see who the better faceoff kid is but he will never get the right shot because the father is the other coach and he has to be the center of attention. Too bad to waste that talent .

I am quite sure both Express and 91 were asked to move out/up. The only difference is only 91 did. I also believe this was done to benefit other teams (outside of 91 or Express) so they could play in the tournament.

By moving 1 team team up you make room for 2 teams (another 2019 and another 2020 team). If that was the case I say "Thank you" to Crush and the boys.

Why should a bunch of 11 year old kids have to "play up?" If Crush wants to play up then that's great and good luck. If they were playing in the 2020 division then Express wouldn't change a thing. It's a good rivalry. Some parents on Crush obviously take this too seriously. Lax is a great sport, let the kids enjoy themselves.

Seriously now. Those of you not on 91 CRUSH, why do you have the right to discuss what is going on internally, question our boys ages, and Ridicule every single move we make? Parents from CRUSH have been the quiet, more mature bunch on this forum. And believe me, it has been hard to ignore and not respond to the nonsense that stemmed from Havoc to present. It is all the outside questioning and judgement from other people that has gotten way out of control. Why do you care what CRUSH does? I bet your son would benefit from your care and concern towards him, rather than you waste your energy on someone else's business. IT SEEMS LIKE MANY OF YOU ARE JUST TRYING TO STIR THE POT AND CREAT NEGATIVE. Please mind you business, worry about your own child, and just simply, STOP.

Like anything else if you don't want to read the ridiculous criticism don't come on here! Everyone knows this site is the Wild Wild West.. most coaches from travel clubs periodically send out emails to stay away .. Maybe that's what you need to do!
Remember to the haters out there , you know they are Legit and doing something correct or you wouldn't be on here bashing !

I am actually not. Hmmmm..... Your response was rude, yet, I agree, to stay away is better. Easier said than done when you know people are talking about you and insulting those close to you. CRUSH is a Team and will stick up for one another.

I agree that they don't start their best face off kid. They are both good but the better one definitaly is not the starter. If I was him I would move on to a team that values him. I've seen both and the starter is always leaning over the ball, so his wins are mostly by cheating.

HAHAHAHAH I love the Express folks crying that a 10 year old beats them only because he "cheats" on face offs. Face it, you hide from playing CRUSH. You're doing it this weekend, just like when you took your ball and went home from HAVOC, afraid to play in a championship game.

Why do Express parents always say it's important to play for the Express so their kid can play with and against the top talent, and yet when in a championship game against the top talent, they run home??
