Speak for yourself, Fall is a barometer of what way the team is heading. Two teams in three years due to poor recruitment of new players. Son on a top team for now, we will see how the rest of time goes.

They based it on past performance Igloo is right where they should be, second tier. No sense in having teams get beat badly, not good for the kids or parents morale.

Can we stop trying to stir the pot (Tier 2) LOL. Igloo is a very good team and one could argue the TOP team. Are Madlax , Sweetlax Fla and Next Level good, YES, but Igloo has handled all of them.

Tournament Directors and coaches of NAL programs do the seeding. NAL is normally a PrimeTime event, maybe Sweetlax is hosting this fall. Saturday has 6, maybe 7 strong teams (Sweetlax Florida, Igloo, Rebels, Sweetlax Upstate, LI Express, Team 91 CO Outlaws, BBL Black) one division was going to get 4, seems like it was Blue.

If in charge, would've moved either LI Express of Team 91 CO Outlaws to Red. BBL Black seems to be a different team each time out, not sure I would include them in the top 7.

Rebels Stealth vs. Sweetlax Florida was a close game this summer. Chucks vs Outlaws should be the closest pool play game, guessing lost advances on GA.

On the red side, Igloo likely rolls, unless the additions to Sweetlax Upstate from kids returning to grade level can make a significant difference.

Would've been nice to have Dukes and Madlax play on Saturday.

"Handled them"? You might want to rephrase that. They lost to Madlax last year 6-8, the beat Next Level 3-1. Tell me how that is handling all of them? any of these teams cant beat each other any given day.

Ha! Igloo was not close with Madlax! It was a blow out in the championship, ML put in second string to finish game, it could have been much worse. Igloo parents starting to sound like Rebel parents, heads getting too big. Igloo will fold to express and 91 in the next year. Igloo parents and coaches just need to be humble and accept the facts

Blowout game isn’t 6-8. Get a grip. Madlax is a great team and no one would argue that but Winter Soldiers can hang with them.
91 & Express shouldn’t want Igloo to fold because those boys will be taking your kids spots.

Rebels show up in biggest tourney of the fall. There are a lot of good teams at this age. The main 4-5 can win any given weekend, others will win when comp is weaker.

Think Rebels had advantage by having to play a tougher schedule and side of the bracket. Good wins by them today.

From an outsider, Rebels team has a good thing going. If the parents were to break that up they will be sorry. Don’t worry about the name on the helmet. Stay together and keep working hard! Team chemistry and good coaching!

You aren’t an “outsider”. It’s ok. And we all know the new lefty attackman from buffalo is the reason you won today. I’m sure the kids who practice all week to have him come down and never leave the game day are thrilled.

The only LI 2031 teams to even discuss are Stealth and Winter Soldiers. They’re the best in the island despite what others think or say. See you in the spring when it really counts.

It’s all about keeping things consistent through the process and adding to the talent to be an elite team. Because talent will come to Express and 91 from outside Long Island. But there is nothing wrong with staying with LI talent and just be a really good team.

So 1 kid is the reason they won? Express and 91 have kids all over their program from out of state but its an issue w 1 kid on Rebels from upstate NY. Kid is on their National Team. Parents like the way things are run and the kid is a great fit. Seems pretty reasonable to me.

Listen if I was an express parent I would be pissed my team “chucked” up and went 0-3 too.

Stay in your lane and stick to the single A tournaments

Igloo had a guest player 2 weeks ago at the igloo challenge so most teams bring extra kids to tourneys.

Express and 91 will be just fine. Go take a look at their commitment page and compare it to the rebels. It’s laughable. A few years from now no one will care the rebels won the fall NAL in 6th grade

Igloo was rolling with 14+ random attackmen going in randomly--not set lines. About those #'s. How does a team have 16 attackmen on a sideline, but only have 25 kids... Kids have already jumped ship!

So.. I’m hearing that the parents are already over the Spallina experiment at ECE. Left 91 to coach the 30’s had his kid and 2 other players playing up on 30’s. Took over as head coach of 31’s, brought the 3 kids back down to 31’s. Now the only parents happy are those 3. Little to no play time on a team that is now a rostered 27 and they don’t leave the field at all. I’m going to say it again. Daddy coaches should not be coaching their kids teams.Looks like that team is heading the way of 91. Doller better do something.

Last season these two teams in question will be valid. Best players will jump ship Rebel parent above is praying that won’t happen with all this team chemistry and good coaching. At the end of the day parents will leave to secure spots on Chaminade and st Anthony’s Those coaches won’t allow kids to play on either of those sub par club programs.

News flash! Not everyone goes to Private school. That’s why LI continually has 5 or so public schools ranked in top 25 High Schools.
