Jesters and TG both have a very strong year and as a new club, Tradition has a Yale 2026 commit.

For sure, it was a starter list. Your suggestions are excellent and will add these to the list. Stoked on your input.

Why are we talking about this theyre in 7th grade...let your kid enjoy the ride.

I was just responding to the previous comment. I think that's a legitimate question for the OP to ask in order to choose a club.

In elementary school, not a big deal. However in 8th,9th and 10th grade, that would be a massive red flag.

No it wouldn't. My 2025 had some new kids play on the team just this past summer. Two of them got D1 scholarships. Colleges coaches don't care if you bounce around as long as the club coaches they talk to say non-negative things.

Next you're going to say that your 12yo should go back to 5th grade next year so she can play D1. Get out of here.

And to say BC is ignoring academics….please stop. It’s an excellent school.

If you follow the context, no one says that BC is not a good school. The previous poster said he/she just draw a cut off at top 30 US News top national university ranking, and top 30 liberal arts ranking. BC was not on that list. More importantly, the point of that post is to ask why exclude YJ, Legacy, etc and 2026 commits. Take things into context please.

Haha. Looks like the mom posted it. She surely knows how to create buzz around her kids.

I have been following the college commits on LI for the last 2 years or so. It seems to me that LI has had an incredible year with very impressive commits. YJ always leads in this department, but this year, TG is particularly strong. In addition, Jesters, Legacy, Tradition all have some notable commits. But doesn't anyone else have the same feeling that they commit even earlier than in past years? Seems to me that the number of commits in September is astounding. Is it just because the LI 2026 is a very strong class or is it because people are making decisions quicker

The report is Long Island Lacrosse continues to thrive. Saw a lot of different clubs there plus PAL teams.
