How did the Chucks beat the Hawks by such a large margin? Hawks are a solid team with a great goalie.

Perfect storm, the Hawks just blew it. Express is terrible, would play AA in Hoco. The hawks won't let that happen again, expect things to be different this coming weekend at the NAL. I don't think you will see Express in the championship bracket after pool play.

I am not sure about that. Express has a really good goalie. Their offense was excellent when they were passing. The hawks coach got two yellow cards. Bad coaching. The boys are still very young and probably picked up on his vibe. Guy was losing his mind on the sidelines, blaming the ref, etc.

Warriors being a AA team didn’t age too well. Hawks v Armada this weekend: Armada beat Chucks last month. Who knows what kids/teams show up at this level, but we are definitely getting to more consistent play!

Titans are rough, keep waiting for turnaround but no signs. Can’t imagine any talent will be there next year. Don’t count 91 out. They will throw around lots of $ in scholarships etc to lure away players that have been developed by other clubs just to field a competitive team for the WS. Then they will start flying in scholarship players from out of state in a few years. It’s all about the preserving the Brand. They took their MO right from the Express playbook.

There are a few evenly matched teams on Long Island and, probably, Maryland too. NLF doesn't mean Chucks are the BEST but you can't deny that they're one of the top dogs - along with 2Way, Igloo, Laxachusetts, Rebels, Madlax, NL. (S2S, Hawks, Primetime are all right behind - very close.) Not starting a war here. Anything could change any weekend which keeps it competitive - boys need to learn to lose and work harder; it's a life skill. NAL and TriStar are both stacked.

Why not recruit from within? Warriors could definitely add 3-4 players to Titans.

Good players not leaving to goto bad 91 team. That’s wishful thinking. 2031 just isn’t the year for 91. It’s pretty obvious by now, been hearing excuses for years. Warriors will probably have to add a few players next season because there will be losses.

“Reboot”
Please stop…what 91 does not have… is coaches. Eric Spallina and others left the daddy coaches to daddy coach. Now Nick is stretched too thin with the emphasis on the WS 29 (sons team), but next year will be “da reboot” for his other sons team? Who wants Daddy ball? No one, that’s who? It’s a shame, but they forced Spallina out for 57 daddy coaches, and now they have no control! Let them choke on it!

Word has it that he actually focuses on his 31 team the Titans bc that son has a high upside. The 29’s are on cruise control as long as the 3 28’s stay healthy and their X from VA probably the best at that position for the 29’s and is actually a 30.

91 Titans are bad. Too many dad coaches, and too many dad kids on the field who aren't good enough. People will keep leaving 91 until that is fixed. Warriors are also a B team, not bad for a B team, but a B team. 91 won't allow this to continue, so would expect changes over the next 2 seasons heading into the WS.
NAL this weekend, odds are stacked against LI Teams, good chance Igloo and maybe 1 other make the Championship Bracket of 8 teams. Express was a 1 time thing.

No Stealth parent comes on here to say they are the best team around. They have consistently been one of the best on the Island and one of the best in the Northeast. They have proved that by winning and competing anywhere they have gone. This weekend will be a good test and I would think that they will be competitive all weekend long.

If the 91 kid with “upside” did not have a daddy coach, I think he would join Chucks😳. The top kids from 91 will bleed dry that program as they join good AA teams that have been playing together for years. Then more B kids will be playing for them and the AA teams will be stacked! It’s plausible. I don’t know where they expect a reboot to find kids that don’t exist?

Who is crying “holdbacks”? There was great lacrosse played this weekend by many 2031 teams from different regions of the country.
The four teams that made it the semi finals played great this weekend. MadLAx, definitely dominated Mostly every team they played. MadLAx and Igloo had a great championship game - where Madlax was winning 8-3 going into the 4th and Igloo going on a three goal run, but just ran out of time. And being an Igloo parent; I will say the Madlax parents were a pleasure to watch the game with. Nothing but compliments and respect for each others kids.
Much respect to the Madlax parents🥍🥍

Who is crying holdbacks, that’s simple, rebels parents. They are now irrelevant and better players will leave Only gets harder from here and most rebels parents can’t handle it Twins mom is upset with coaching and wants to leave for express Madlax is too good and just fyi to igloo parent madlax coach put in subs for second half Could have been much worse Game wasn’t close
