Anyone complaining about age with the 29 year is in for a rude awakening. Take a look at the team photo of leading edge who won the 28 division. You people have it easy. That the team that had prep school helmets on “8th graders”? LI Chucks have a Lawrenceville kid on their roster too- the blatant cheating in the older brackets is a joke and so pathetic. Be grateful for June 1st cut off 2029s This. Your kids have it easy!

No, because that is @ChillLaxin. You don’t wear a state champion shirt that belongs to your older brother.

A lot of 8th graders wear high school helmets because a lot of 8th graders play high school lacrosse. But a few are 10th graders that transformed into 8th graders.

Tri Star has really become a premiere event. They have elite high level teams, sorta like Laxfest used to be. A perfect mix of teams at all levels, now Laxfest doesn’t have a single AA team I think.

June 1st goes away after this season for 2029, so enjoy it while it lasts, not that teams aren't cheating regardless.

Just face facts Express and 91 are NLF clubs and that is what makes them a better option for players going from Middle school to HS imho.

I want to know what 2028’s Express is using? If I would guess Express is probably one of the younger 2029 teams if you compare birthdates of other teams.

I’ve heard they are using one 2028. The 2029 team is young and overall small compared to most 2029 teams

Coming from a LI parent. Eclipse is the class of the 2029 group and I’ve seen em all. They’re well coached and the kids adapt to the system in place.

I honestly can’t tell if this is meant to be a joke.
So I’ll assume it is, and say it’s pretty funny.

Long Island teams did terribly at NAL. Should be better next week on home turf. The secondary LI clubs are going to hit a ceiling in the next year or two. Looks like it may be happening already. There’s not many options to add to their ranks and they don’t attract out of state players or reclasses.

Who is considered a secondary club? Clubs like Moose, True Blue, BTB, etc. nothing wrong with it. Just secondary in terms of overall size.

Rebels go 1-4. Really doing well with all their additions. Maybe they should play more than 14 kids on a roster of 31.

Long Island is in big trouble for WSYL. Not competing at all and that doesn't translate well come July. Looks like eclipse 2028 will be the team.
