You nailed it! The coaches are all about their daughters! Plus, who wants to play for a micro-coaching coach! Let the girls play and learn without telling them what to do on every play. You can probably hear that dude coach all the way from CopperPlex to Norris Field.

If its a problem for you, find another team and stop supporting your own comments. Its a bad look and doesn't sound like the whole team agrees.

There is no way Eagle Stix was at full strength and had 1 goal games against M&D, MDU, and CC Lax in consecutive games on the same day. I don't see how that is possible considering their body of work. What's the real story here?

They will find out this weekend when they play the full Blue team.

I think I was wrong when I thought this board was infested with Coppermine parents. Turns out it’s now M&D - must be the FT effect!

How do you know EagleStix Blue was missing player(s)? If you are a top team in the country and missing a player or two and can’t compete? That’s embarrassing, if that is the case.

The best players should start and play more than others. Isn’t that the point of a high level club, to play the best and play with the best? Why would lesser players get to start? Isn’t that what Rec is for? Weird take here on who should be playing and not playing.

I can’t wait for the story. It’s got to be riveting.

Why can't you just accept that three local teams coincidentally each had the best games of their lives during a 6 hour window last Sunday and be happy for them?

Looks like they play Yellow Jackets now instead of the EagleStix Blue team. Either way, they will be lucky to get one victory this weekend.

Actually feeling bad for M&D. No affiliation. They beat the #1 ranked team in the country, coming off an NGLL National Championship, and all they get in this board is how Eagle Stix wasn’t at full strength, not to mention the disgruntled mom’s complaints.

Makes you wonder. Are these people truly “choosing” to leave? Timing is sus. Sometimes better for the club to allow the crazies (entitled parents) run that narrative of choosing to leave in hopes other clubs will still take them- … in exchange for them to be gone asap… including mid season for the sake of the team 🤔we’ll have to wait til it all plays out

Think this went over your head. Addition by subtraction meaning the team is better off without certain players if it means getting rid of the fool parents.

When parents are offered assistance to plan their exit strategy prior to summer… you might be the problem…but go on…

Looking at LLL rosters looks like an M&D defender also just defected to Crush…but I am sure it is just another “problem” parent…

I have some extra work around the house you can do if your are bored enough to be looking at other teams LLL rosters and know which players are on which team for the whole 2028 class.

Yeah. That's a tad creepy. Looking at rosters for a girls lax tournament is up there with......we'll, looking at rosters for a girls lacrosse tournament. May want to get a hobby outside of stalking

If you’ve been around teams long enough, you know that parents grow unhappy for one reason or another. Sometimes they decide they’ve outgrown the team and quietly move on, and sometimes they try to cause chaos on the way out. Regardless, it’s always better for everyone if unhappy people move on to somewhere where they get their needs met (as long as the kid is happy too). This stuff happens all the time, and though the demise of a top team seems like fun gossip, it’s never going to happen. All the top teams in this area are stacked with great players and there will always be other good players who would be happy to step up to take a spot on a top team, especially one with the recruiting strength of M&D.

If looking at rosters of other teams around the time of summer tryouts makes you a stalker, then I'm Michael Myers.

So two girls have left M&D recently? Seems odd. Must be a coaching change.

Why would people want to go to crush? A good coach for sure but how will help his kids get to a D1 school or help them get to a different d3? Will be interesting to see if they get into top tournaments as well.

Yeah, so make sure to get a screenshot of their roster now so you can check that against all of the top team's rosters thrice daily from now until tryouts. IF someone leaves, you could be the first to catch it!

The coach must have a plan and the confidence of the players and parents to get them recruited because none of them are bailing out to take your daughter's position.
