JV title for Loyola.
The future is really bright for the Dons. Those kids will move up to varsity and have Loyola choking in the varsity playoffs for years to come.

Mark Millon is a clown in BMORE lacrosse community. Can’t stand the guy! Heard he was chirping some of dons after a tough loss to the eagles. You know Mark maybe it’s time you grow the F up. The guy runs his scam 91 program were your child has to pay 8000 in (gear fees) and we all wonder how Millon somehow manages to buy a new boat every year. The guy is a complete nut job with many bolts unscrewed and one day he’s going to get what’s coming to him

Yet, he has a following and is a legend in the lacrosse community. HOF Attackman with two HOF attackman siblings one day. Live with it.

MM is a student. Put our and many others kids we know D1 and improved their lives. And a great coach and person. If your kid works hard and is a good kid MM will do anything for them. Thank you MM for all you do and have done. There are many admirers out there. Like anything in life there are detesters to anything. But MM is a great coach and person.

Yup. I'm 0/10 a fan of his, and want no part of anything he does, but he has done well for himself and his family. That's just how life is. Yeah he's a Grade A Yapper but look around, those are everywhere, especially in terms of MIAA Dads. You can't just stay mad at them all the time. Move on, my guy.

Great coach and person? Hardly. Collector of talent is more like it. For all the player development promotion, MM simply acquires talent. You can be a lifelong 91 player and if you have an off day, he'll cut you in a heart beat. When the 2025 team lost this past summer at NLF, Mark Millon sent an email the very next day. They weren't down any bodies, he simply didn't think his team should ever lose and chose to single out individuals after the game. He probably wasn't even home before he drafted this email. What happened to player development?

"Team 91 MD Fire is looking to add one elite defender, SSDM, and FOGO to their 2025 roster immediately for the 2023/2024 season. Team 91 MD 2025 is one of the top teams in the nation, and one of the most iconic club lacrosse teams of all time. This is a great opportunity for a player to come in and be a major contributor on an already incredible team and become part of one of the strongest programs in the country. This team will play in the top events in the country next fall and summer in front of tons of college coaches, making it a great recruiting opportunity as well. If you possess the skills, athleticism, and work ethic to be considered as one of the best in the class of 2025, contact us at 443.632.6504 or reply to this email right away.

At Team 91 MD, our sole mission is PLAYER DEVELOPMENT. Our program develops players to be successful through a series of program offerings such as our Fall Player Development Program, Winter Box Program, and much more."

Any insight to what happened to Calvert Hall against Gilman recently ? That was a shellacking by Gilman. Is Hall going to do anything about it ?

The bl lacrosse team, might be hands down the ugliest group of guys that have stepped on a field of grass. Will ochmact firstly, he looks like he’s allergic to showers, and his breath could wilt a bouquet of flowers. Get that guy some head and shoulders now, student sections have to come equipped with nose plugs and covid-19 masks when bl is on the schedule. Secondly, Spencer Ford, there’s absolutely nowhere for u to go after college, you got 4 years left of happiness, and then you’re right back to the middle class nightmares you’ve known ur whole life. Good luck fellas, sincerely, concerned bystander.

Softest in the league except for Severn, MSJ, Joke Carroll, St. Mary's, St. Pauls, and half the time, Calvert Hall and Gilmen Wokehounds. So soft.

But yeah at some point you have to beat BL.

Sadly a lot of players are happy Lilly the Loon is gone. He is not an MIAA A level coach. He’s also gone off the rails since being fired. Seems to me like a good decision considering Lilly the Loon.

Spalding best young talent at attack is former middle schooler from STM. Parent is a guidance counselor at St Mary’s. Even the employees at STM send their kids now spalding now. Times have changed.

Spalding might need some coaching help. The meltdown of losing to McD in semi's was embarrassing. They should have won that game easily.
Superior talent to McD yet act like they dont know what to do with ball. Terrible use of timeouts.

Funny you should mention the 1980's Loyola teams - more dominant run than anything CHC has ever had in MSA/MIAA...truth.

Hard to compare era's when so many other factors have changed as well. Things are cyclical like right now so if you have a winning team enjoy it because it will change at some point....

Spalding is a talented team and seemed very well coached all season including last night. They may have squandered a TO but it’s easy to be a Monday morning quarterback afterwards. I really liked the Spalding poles and their offensive cohesion. In my opinion, the game came down to keeper play (MCD’s had some fabulous 2nd half saves) in the fourth quarter and some critical second half 50/50 GBs, which MCD won.

I was impressed by Spalding, but it looks like they ran out of gas last night, particularly on clears. There were at least 2 second half turnovers on clears that led to easy goals for McDonogh where a Spalding player just couldn't run away from pressure or find an open guy. They had a ton of guys lining the sideline, perhaps they could have played a few more guys and kept the legs fresher. Good run for them nonetheless.

Last night I was watching the spalding semifinal game and when spalding was up by 3 in the second I heard Robby hopper come to the sideline during a timeout and ask the kids in the student section if they had any “nose candy” I believe this kid was high out of his mind during the game and his field play reflected my theory. I mean how is he going to uva my five year old son is disabled and autistic and I think he could score on him. No wonder spalding lost last night Robbie hopper was doing blow in the locker pregame.

Talk of domination way back then is laughable.

There were only 4 decent teams in the MSA A league back then. So those 4 teams passed around the trophy like it meant something.

Order another quarter zip from the team store. But those days are gone, grandpa.

There were more that 4 decent teams in the MSA in the 80s and 90s, but Calvert Hall was certainly not one of them.

Gilman has underclassman in its starting rotation, including one of their best shooters, face off and goalie.

4,14 and 34 would love to see their Turnover stats. I think they have been a problem all season but their daddy’s rule the sidelines and dictate who plays and who doesn’t. Robbie Hopper was ball watching last night again but I’m sure he doesn’t own up to his mistakes.

They play the same 12 kids.
Lots of good players wasting away on the bench.
Why carry these kids on your team if you aren't going to give them a chance?
