Good luck to the 2026 FCA teams this summer. If your son is not in a top private school or a coaches favorite, don’t expect the coaches to look out for him and play him. They could care less about those kids. We went through it a few years ago with our son. It was extremely disheartening watching the team lose time and time again just because they continued playing their favorites for the entire game. Be prepared to spend a lot of extra money on camps and showcases. Made it to championship bracket and took No. 2 team in country down to wirt. Sorry your son didn't get to pmay much, but the pLayers most likely to produce a win were out there for a reason And how did that work out for you with going 1-3-1? Sounds like those kids “produced” a lot….of losses. If you think wins and losses count for rising Juniors you clearly have no idea what is going on. FCA 2026 played very competitive games against 2 teams ranked in top 5 nationally. College coaches all down the sideline for those games. At this point its about playing well in front of the college coaches. They won a tough game at end of Saturday to get into championship bracket and got to play Team Ten (No. 2) next morning as a result. The boys who played got the opportunity to show. If your son didn't play I understand why you are upset but maybe move to a club (at this late time) to get him more looks? Pointing out that the team only won one game means nothing. At this stage its not about hardware its about showing out. You just showed that you completely missed the point. Glad you got playing time in front of college coaches, playing time every kid in the 26 class should be getting now. Like you said, it’s not about the wins or the losses, it’s about the time on the field in front of the college coaches and that coach isn’t giving all of his players that. He is picking his favorites to show in front of coaches and that’s it. While half the team sits. That was the point. Einstein. By favorites do you mean the good players? No one that is any D1 recruit on that 2026 team isn't playing. If you know someone who isn't playing it's because they @ChillLaxin.

Shouldn’t all of the kids on that team be D1 material? A good coach would be trying to get all of his boys recruited to D1 schools if that’s where they want to play. Makes them look better as a coach. If they’re only focusing on the chosen few, and only those kids get recruited, it’s not a good look for the club.

Team 91 '25s have at least 15 already. Team 91 25s is one of the three best club teams in history of club lacrosse. That's like comparing any NBA team to 1996 Bulls. How about 25 FCA, Crabs, Hawks, Madlax, Next Level, DC Express, Predators, or you know any other typically elite club team.

Hard to believe they can get two teams. Last year they had a very successful season with very little Team challenges internally and only produced one team this year.
My bet is on one team again.
