EA @ SCHA (-1.5)
O/U 17
SCHA has only defeated EA one time in program history (2016). Anchored by their FO and G, are they poised to party like its 2016? Vegas thinks so:
SCHA 9 EA 8

GA @ Haverford (-17)
O/U 19
Fun Fact: GA has been outscored 88 to 5 in their last 5 games. Today is much of the same:
Haverford 18 GA 1

Malvern (-11) @ PC
O/U 19
Malvern gets off to a relatively slow start after sitting in traffic on 76 for 30 minutes on a Friday. They all have to pee in the bushes before they haphazardly get dressed and warm up. PC Goalie stands on his head – but then the inevitable flood gates open on yet another snooze fest from the “Best League in PA”
Malvern 14 PC 4

Just saw Haverford GA played yesterday… 20-0 final.

GA has been outscored 108-5 in last 6 games.

Marple is improving. They have never been right behind Radnor or Springfield.

Yeah, guess you were right. Seems Marple is ahead of Radnor

Great win for the Tigers! The matchup against Springfield will be a good one at the end of the regular season. Now when MN wins the PIAA AA Title again this season, they need to move up to AAA.

I thought this was going to be a great game. It was not even close.

Salesianum is an incredible team. I don’t think anyone is surprised they won but they won by that much. I don’t have a dog in either fight but did Radnor have some injuries?

Anyone want to give a top 10 PIAA ranking….No Inter AC or private schools….only those that play in the PIAA?

Has anyone checked D East's schedule? They beat Ridley by 1 goal and Coatesville by 2...

I might put Springfield higher and Radnor ahead of Prep, but list looks strong, outside of that…no arguments either way

Radnor beat Springfield by a wide margin. So laSalle, marple, radnor , de , wissahickon. If you not in the top five you got to fight to survive.

I'd put St. Joe's ahead of Garnet Valley since they beat them. Penncrest is better than Shanahan. Wissahickon has not exactly played murderer's row and lost to Methacton.

Who knew being undefeated in the Central League or Catholic League takes precedence over beating nationally ranked teams like Boys Latin, St. Anthony's & Calvert Hall.

It started out as top 5 in the PIAA. Someone then changed it to Top 5 in the area. Why the heck would a Philly Forum worry about out of area schools when talking about PA rankings? Take your national rankings to another board.

Can everyone agree the BM experiment at GA has to end? Not only are they getting smoked every game, there is no pipeline, I don’t see one viable DI talent on that roster.
How are they this bad? Looks like GA will have a new coach roaming the sidelines next year, they have to

Oh come on! They are good! Just not nearly as good as they think they are. They do have a deeper bench than Haverford, so a return to glory should be coming.

My spidey senses tell me that we have a vocal group of Malvern dads, Malvern haters, and some clown who is trying to garbage the GA coach that no one cares about.

Tough to knock DEast until someone beats them. They have some good games down the stretch. My money is on Marple being the best PIAA team in the area. They are proving it on the field.

1) Marple
2) La Salle
3) DEast
4) Radnor
5) Springfield
6) St Joes
7) Garnet Valley
8) Pennridge
9) Upper Dublin
10) Bishop Shanahan/Penncrest

My spidey senses tell me you’re a public school dad desperate to attack relevancy to public schools that don’t deserve it…nice try, enjoy your son playing at the next level for Eastern U !

Pretty defensive. The guy made an observation about the pro/anti Malvern posters and the GA coach tirade. Then he listed the best PIAA teams. How angry are you to attack his son? We get it, the interac is very good. No need to garbage every other team.

Wow, only a complete @ChillLaxin would think that only private schools should be discussed and they are the only schools with good players. Springfield right now has kids committed to Penn State, Towson, Maryland, Lehigh, Marist, Drexel and others I may be missing. Not that any of that matters in the real world, but how close minded to make a comment like that.

Marple did lose to Garnet Valley (so not sure how they can be above Lasalle at this point), and Downingtown East would easily lose to Radnor and Springfield by 10 goals. You just have to look at their common opponents. The weak schedule makes a big difference.

I would confidently say that Lasalle, Marple, Springfield, Garnet Valley and Radnor are much better than Downingtown East.

I think Springfield should be high on the list, pal! This ain’t about that. The clown tried to be witty (didn’t work) the puts a list together w Marple and DEast on there…proving he has zero credibility.
Radnor and Springfield are legit, 100%
MN and DE are not good, sorry you are offended

We get it Rick Springfield, but the mediocre singer is better than the team right now. Hit the wall.

I hope you didn’t stay up all night thinking of that one, DEast dad. Your son’s team is not good, hasn’t played anybody worth mentioning so stay at the kiddie table til we call you over, okay?

Marple beat Radnor in case you didn’t know. Radnor soundly defeated Springfield. DEast had to be in the conversation since they have not lost. We will see how good they truly are in the next two weeks of games. If I was to pick the semifinals in district 1 AAA. It would be Radnor-Springfield-Pennridge-DEast. DISTRICT 1 AA- Marple-Bishop Shanahan-Penncrest-Rustin.
