If the dons want to win, they need to stop promoting koopers/true kids just because they are legacies. Same old stuff, just the legacies aren’t that good anymore Lots of good kids sitting on the bench and washing out at Loyola. That is pretty normal for the Dons , the fans like the star names out there, not the most talented. Where you been ?

Unfortunately Loyola will be the same until the one kid ( actually two) kid is gone. There is not a true leader on the team!!

I heard CH played Lawrenceville Prep. Was anyone there who watched the game? Yes, CH was leading in the second half but couldn’t pull it off. Lawrenceville was the better team. Hall kept it close with good faceoff play but Lawrenceville was too good on offense. Most of their goals were near the crease. Hall couldn’t beat the 10 man ride. It was a good high level game.

Loyola is definitely different this year. I accidentally walk into the Locker room and saw them gang banging. I saw at least 3 kids that I would consider leadership material. Futures bright.

I stand corrected it was their Frosh team that lost to Dulaney. Sorry.

All this high school lacrosse being played and we’re still taking about Millon. Millon trolling to keep his name out there. If Dons want to win, they need to hire him as coach. Nope, Austin hoping for a cuddle from MM for his effort. MM and Austin are responsible for creating the McD dynasty. After baby 9 graduates, they’ll be available to the highest bidder.

The Dons will look to girthy defensemen (Thomas Kane) to bolster their rock-hard defense against Malvern Prep tomorrow. Look for Jake (3 inch) Doran to bust through the Prep D.

I don’t think Severna Park is playing any of the AACo privates (Severn, St Marys, Spalding) this year. SP JV plays St Marys and Gilman.

Seems like the talent is drying up down there lately. Post Covid, more parents who can afford private are sending their kids to privates, this goes for all parents, not just lax. Add in the fact that Private provides better competition, allows for more training, workouts, etc and lax parents are pulling the trigger more than ever. SP, Broadneck will still get some top talent there but its less and less each year. As colleges go back to the SAT/ACT model for acceptance, you'll see even more kids go private.

Very good effort by Landon.Over Time, almost knocked off Haverford.Time to bring Landon, Bullis, DC schools into the MIAA conversation.

The problem with the DC schools, whichever way you assemble them, is that they have a few teams better than the MIAA's best, and the remainder are worse than the MIAA's (A league) worst. In terms of lacrosse.

In terms of lacrosse. The IAC and WCAC just need to merge for lacrosse and have an A and B division. A DMV A conference would be: Landon, Bullis, GP, StA, StJ, GZ, PVI, GC, DM. That would stack up fairly well against the MIAA-A.

What happened to mcdonough? They looked terrible in almost every aspect of the field against haverford quite frankly. McDonough no longer has the luxury of 70% plus possession a game. Losing Hyashi at the X is a big deal and inevitably with be their downfall this year. I think McD has the advantage over most teams in every position except FO which will be an issue when they face Hoffman and BL in the MIAA. SJC is having the same issues at FO without Weller and Big Tasty in goal. Nobody considers how important FOs are until they don’t have that guy anymore. The MIAA took a beating yesterday.

Hello! Loyola's JV just busted on Malvern! A fight broke out during the game and a Malvern player ended up getting pantsed, ultimately revealing his 3 millimeter defeater. MK with that clutch goal, stroked that thing on the goalies face mask. Heard the Malvern bus got a flat on their way home and they couldn't fix it because they're #specialneeds. How many Malvern kids does it take to change a light bulb? Idk, they probably would give up and beg for some #wang in their #booties, #LGBTQ!

The head coach is a complete hot head, arrogant donk. Have you heard him speak to his students and team? Kids and parents will leave the BN program because of the head coach.

this is true. However, while it is nice to have the ball, faceoffs is not the most important part of the game. Just gotta scrap it up and make it a 3v3 groundball thats all you can do against a talnted faceoff room like hav erford.

SJC problem is not just FO but also youth. They start 6 sophmores and playing the teams they have played is a tough road. The sophmore starters are very good but they don't have the size or experience yet to compete with the big boys. Their time will come.

Possession is everything and the most important part of the game.
