Says you lost! I bet you need meds. So what if I skip out on my schizophrenia supplements every few days, it's not that bad!!! My cousin is the equipment manager at Loyola and he said that they also have machine guns that come out of the elbow pads!!! It's insane. I am fed up with this Loyola cheating. This is why Concordia Prep is going to be the best in the MIAA this year. Also heard that the new McDonough gear has little compartments to store zyns/coke in the chest protector. Honestly disgraceful. The game has gone to [Censored]! Tell your wife I said hi, you little db. #gimmethatcrap #schizophreniaisgood

We will see, but if culture is the same, no chance of change and more losing and misery. They did get rid of star stuuded less talented players holding others back. Go Dons !

Who did they scrimmage?

St. Johns

How many starters did STC rest?

Majority, wasnt much of a game.

SJC has several starters out with injuries as well.

Hope they heal quickly and come back strong!!!!

Games or scrimmages? MSJ has a tendacy to make scrimmages the super bowl. Big difference between playing other teams best 22 vs there 50 kid roster when you play starters.

The answer would be no according to this game score

9-6

Nobody should care about the final score of a scrimmage. When both teams play their starters at the same time, those portions can be illuminating. But even that can be misleading this time of year.

Let’s give Coach Haus a break keep in mind he is still coaching some of Coach U’s former players…let’s have this same conversation in 3 years

UVA wouldn’t give little Millon #9 because an upperclassman had it. Little MM offered kid $3000 which resulted in a brawl. Somehow now the official roster shows two #9. He may be playing well on the field, but he seems to be as much of a hammerhead off of it as his old man. Apple didn’t fall far from the tree. Not being #9 would have really screwed up Daddy’s marketing plans.

That Loyola team is doomed. The only talent in the freshman class is leaving for other schools. The cupboard was bare and it just got worse. Greene Turtle and Predators won’t get it done in the A conference

There is only one # 9 on UVA team and it is a future Hall of Famer whose father is a Hall of Famer. Iron sharpens Iron !

Dont mention talk of Baltimore with the train weak Dons. Predators are already making an impact at St P. Coach H and the Dons would be lucky to get a few.

Is DC even trying this year? Landon, Prep, Gonzaga all fell yesterday to Baltimore teams & St. Johns got rolled by BL earlier in the week.

Gilman came back from an 11-3 deficit and beat Georgetown Prep in OT. It was an amazing display of heart and (never give up) attitude. I’m very proud of those young men and hope they take that boldness into their adult lives.

Can't speak for the other teams but SJC is young this year and BL was older and loaded and score showed just that. Happens in cycles. They will be better moving forward.

Can confirm that the old man is quite a hammerhead.

Take a look at UVA website for 23-24 Roster. Tucker Mullen is also listed as #9. MM stepped in and paid $10K for the number. Probably wrote it off as a business expense. Not questioning the kid’s abilities on the field, but off the field he’s a hammerhead like his old man.

Take a look at the UVA Lax online roster. There are two #9’s listed. The Jr player was stripped of his number in the end b/c MM “donation”. #9 is central to the Millon marketing machine and social media and worth many more $1000’s than it took to get Jr. wearing it.

It is the current state of lacrosse, get used to it. Many and I mean many 20 year old freshman along with seniors that are 24 ,25 . World we live in .

Lacrosse has pushed it to the limit as there is no money in the pros.

Look at the UVA roster online. As of this afternoon it showed 2 #9’s.

Thanks Mark. Better pay to get the roster updated for T. Mullen - he’s still listed as 9 online. Maybe they are testing the waters w/ having 2 9’s for when B gets there. Can’t have him wearing a “lesser” number.

3 years is too long and also not long enough. The program's biggest shortfalls - culture and coaching - can be turned around really quickly from the top - if they want to. No real recruiting was done for the Loyola 2027s and minimal/targeted for 2028, thanks to coaching turnover. Haus' impact (great or none) will be shown in the 2029 and 2030 recruiting classes. No need to wait any longer.

But because of Coach U's under-recruited and under-coached 2025s-2027s, I am not sure how quickly Haus can turn around the scoreboard impacts. Maybe by late season 2026. "Results" will take 3+ years.

At what point does this forum stop talking about an 20 yr old college player? He's no longer a HS player....

The fact that Sett is doing a great job recruiting and coaching St Pauls has zero, zilch to due with his extremely profitable ownership of Predators. He is absolutely 0% involved with the day to day of running Predators and he spends as much (or more) time recruiting kids from FCA and Crabs as he does recruiting from Preds.

And for what it's worth the 2027s (and beyond) kids going to McDonogh, Loyola, and St. Pauls from Predators are literally the same kids who in the pre-Predators era would have been attending those schools and playing for Green Turtle, Looneys, and Koopers. The only difference is who gets to keep all the money from club ball.

Paraphrasing Kenny Powers............Abrams and Klausner, you're out! Hilgartner and Settembrino, you're in!

Well at least this post mentioned a current local HS player. He will be the 2nd (or 3rd?) #9 on the field at UVA in 2026. Until then, he’ll be cashing his HS NIL checks.

Iron sharpens iron, except when Dad has you transfer and repeat 8th grade, and manages the personnel on your youth club team, as well as the plays drawn up for the season, from 3rd grade onward. "Get the Ball to 9!" Can you imagine any other parent yelling "Pass the ball to my son!" and not getting absolutely dragggggggggged for it?
