Also stop posting about specific kids. Describing them by team, position and physically then everyone knows exactly who you are talking about. It shows a lack of class to describe kids as mediocre, bench players, small, etc. Even pointing out what school they are going to. I’ve been lucky to meet many of these young men and they are amazing athletes for their age. They all work hard and are good people. Disgusting how some of them are described by parents on this board. It is hard enough to grow up with the scrutiny of social media videos and forums on youth sports. Consider yourself lucky you didn’t grow up with this scrutiny at a young age and give these kids a break.

Clearing the air on the situation. Express did not take a hit. They lost one decent player at best and a faceoff kid that had fallen off because of his size. Also going to Lawrenceville which makes 2way easier. Express has done nothing but improved, not lost. Lost bench players at most and gained a way better defense and some offensive firepower from legacy

Haha - Cmon 91’s training is so intense that they don’t need to bring in new players. They develop players then bring them up. If they lose they just cancel the rest of the season to punish these middle schoolers. The parents love it!

They went home and started calling parents to recruit rather than develop. Don’t know when people will stop drinking the 91 koolaid. They aren’t developing your kids, they are using them today if they think your kid can help them win. As soon as they identify another teams player that is even slightly better, the coaches are on the phone to get them replaced. Unless you are the coaches kid then you have a spot forever.

91 is the best on the street in terms of development. Practices are far better than those of their so called Island rivals. If there is a player deserving of a pull up then it happens. Rare but happens. Poke the bear all you like, nobody beating Venom on the island.

Can’t recall anyone, but they are so great at developing players lol. They recruit talent that was developed elsewhere.

In the last two years they brought in 8-10 new players. Promoted no one from their B team.

So all the other teams would t have taken those kids as well? Cmon people

Who cares if you poke “the bear”? Who even thinks of themselves this way? It’s kids lax, get over yourself. They don’t move anyone up. They recruit from other teams to get better. They quit on last season because they were losing often and couldn’t handle it. The team and parents quickly turned on each other. There was a culture issue with the team as well. If you know you know. If they didn’t bring in kids and parents of character to change the culture expect even more fireworks this year.

That’s why I was asking. Wondering if having a kid on that team could lead to making venom since they claim such great training. But I guess it’s very rare.

Everyone knows what their problems were last year and some of them haven’t left so you are probably one of them. We will see you on the sidelines this year. Should be able to spot. You’ll be the loud mouth in the 91 gear head to toe. Next year you’ll be on here bashing them after your kid gets replaced by the next new kid they pick up and didnt develop.

These top team sell themselves as developers of talent. This is how they sell parents on joining these teams. Nothing could be further than the truth. If it were true there wouldn’t be so much turnover of rosters each year.

You mention 91 but let me ask - what teams bring kids up from their B teams out of skill not to fill out their roaster, certainly not express or legacy.
