Regarding the Express rumor….”top kid going to Rebels to play with brother” is 100% false…yes a kid left for Rebels but he never saw the field on Chucks which is why he left-good move. Regarding top players going to Venom-1 good defender but Chucks replaced with an even better pole so no loss….the two attackers that went to venom were averaging 0-1 goals PER TOURNAMENT so no loss there either. Chucks picked up 2 Venom players and a few Lumberjacks so it will be interesting to see a Chucks/Venom match up this fall after all the dust settles.
Chucks picked up 2 PIA/obnoxious parents so will see if that changes the dynamic of the team at all! Venom picked up 3 TOP players from the chucks. You can’t deny that or you are proving yourself to be foolish. Chucks got a great pole from rebels but venom got a better pole from rebels. Venom didn’t lose any TOP players. Chucks didn’t get any TOP players from lumberjax. Venom seems loaded. Chucks took a hit, even losing a real good Faceoff kid. Time will tell! So Rebels had 2 of the best poles around? Wow. I am guessing this (Venom) parent knows an awful lot about all these kids. Makes you wonder who is behind this all knowing post??? Even knows a LITTLE bit about Lumberjax....mmmm. Perhaps from a once proud lacrosse town that has really just become mediocre at best. No bs. The Pole that went to Venom came off the bench. So I call bs. The pole that went to Express was best pole on Rebels. Come on Man. Rebels bench defender moves to Venom? The parent with all the information obviously a 91 parent. If we believe all this then Venom improved big time and Express, Legacy and Rebels all took big hits. From down in MD— have played all of these teams other than Shore. You guys have one very elite team on LI— 91 Venom. Legacy, Rebels, LIE Chucks… they’re not in Venom’s league, period. Express North and 2-Way are right there with Venom, 3 of the top real teams in the country (leaving out the “National” teams). Agree 91 venom is the Top team on LI. But your teams are FAKE. Can’t compare 12-13 yr olds to 14-15yr olds. So bye. Love when our high school team come up there and wear out your boys. See: St John’s. I think it was 16-5?

Seriously, get a grip on reality. Take any single one of your Maryland 2029 teams and have them play a 2028 team team from Long Island. See how it works out for ya. That is literally the only way to compare them. So naive and ignorant it’s laughable. Wow such an inferiority complex. And yes, that’s exactly what it is, you have absolutely no idea what you’re talking about. And I’d be willing to bet those 4-5 holdback kids on Venom are older than ours.

The rest— not so much. What team are you??? Wondering because you admitted that 21% of your team is older than the Long Island teams. Doubtful you consistently pound anyone either.

Clearing the air on the situation. Express did not take a hit. They lost one decent player at best and a faceoff kid that had fallen off because of his size. Also going to Lawrenceville which makes 2way easier. Express has done nothing but improved, not lost. Lost bench players at most and gained a way better defense and some offensive firepower from legacy

Clearing the air here. Express coach had the right to be arrogant after one of the players took an express players knee out as retaliation for the instinctual goalie hits.

Heard 91 Machine goalie reclassing to venom. Possibly the reason Venom goalie left for Express? On a side note Express did not lose anybody worth while. The face off guy was undersized and small and started struggling during the summer. 2 offensive players that did not have an impact on game. So express stays solid while improving defense with rebels kids and legacy defenders. Also a much needed righty attackmen add. 91 gained 2 mediocre players as mentioned before from express and a decent defender from express that was replaced by rebels kids. Bench was cleared out to lower end clubs like S2S and Surge and others. Reminder the 45 man roster seems to be a practice roster so tournaments are looking like more of a 22 man roster for express. Overall 91 and Express stay the same while the lower end clubs get bench players

Regarding the 7v7 memorial games…first of all this was not “Express”…the team was called “Project 7” and it was 10 friends coming together to have fun and raise money for Ryan’s Team…not all of the kids even play for Express. I was there and the classless team was not the express kids-it was Riverhead. They started a fight with rocky point and express. Rocky point wasn’t exactly innocent either-one of their kids took out an project 7 kid at the knees and the shady coach shook the hand of the player who slashed a 12 year old at the knees as he walked off. I think next year they should just stick with town teams or pick up teams (project 7) and don’t wear travel uniforms and also don’t have a “prize” for the goalie with the most goals. The project 7 goalie was 100% out of line and dangerous with the 2 hits he took and the back and forth of goalies taking the ball and shooting so they could win a sweatshirt, just made the games boring and nonsense. I think all teams that showed up should be commended for donating to a great family and a great cause.

Posting initials of someone that the rest of us have no clue who they are is spineless. Take a long look in the mirror if you attack someone on here using initials and have never had the backbone to even have a conversation w this person. I doubt this person is actually the one who has an issue w this "mom'. It is most likely a friend or another parent stirring the pot.

Also stop posting about specific kids. Describing them by team, position and physically then everyone knows exactly who you are talking about. It shows a lack of class to describe kids as mediocre, bench players, small, etc. Even pointing out what school they are going to. I’ve been lucky to meet many of these young men and they are amazing athletes for their age. They all work hard and are good people. Disgusting how some of them are described by parents on this board. It is hard enough to grow up with the scrutiny of social media videos and forums on youth sports. Consider yourself lucky you didn’t grow up with this scrutiny at a young age and give these kids a break.
