Any suggestions for a decent 2026 midfielder to tryout this fall... Current club team is going down hill fast Really depends on level of play. Best bet is to just hit some tryouts. At this stage of the game I think the elite tryouts are mainly for a roster spot here and there. A step down will have a little more movement. There is never really a lot of movement once you hit high school. For the most part teams are set. Only you know your son’s capabilities to know what tryout he should attend. Good luck.

Poll - What were your club fees this season (name of club and cost)?
If you have seasonal pricing (ala cart), what were the costs per season?
Just interested in the club fees, not all the extras, travel costs, hotels, strength and conditioning etc... Some clubs list their fees online, but not all, and would be great for everyone to see the differences between them all.

If it’s correct I will reclass my 11th grader immediately to join the team. Great team and a bargain!

Hawks 26 just out crabs in notice Winning a game against Sweetlax is impressive. Congratulations on that. The Crabs however won a tournament against a number of great teams unlike the Hawks.King Crab still owns the area and will with the Crab Feast title coming.

Yes it’s the very beginning of recruiting. How you play at One Percent, Showtime and a few other recruiting events will get you in the board. You need to pay or do whatever to get individual player ranking after this summer and before school year heading into sophomore season. Your sophomore year of high school lacrosse means very little for recruiting. Basically it’s getting ranked after freshman summer and then playing lights out at all summer tournaments (NLF Tournaments) and crush it at all the showcases. If you don’t believe me you’ve never gone through this. It’s all on the parents to get your son recruited!!

Not my experience at all having gone through the recruiting process twice with my older kids. If the above was your experience, then you were not on the right club team. If you are on the right club team, you will be seen. If you have the right coaches, you will have a team of experience in your corner during the recruiting process that won't even begin to start until the end of this fall. My kids coaches were an integral part of their recruiting. and college coaches are not watching this class this summer, they are not watching 26s at showcases or tournaments unless they are walking by the field on the way to a 25 game.

The players are all friends who will end up on same teams at the next level. This isn’t middle school anymore. Get along. Show coaches you can be grownups. It’s all incredible lacrosse when these teams meet on the field. Enjoy it instead of picking it apart.

Nickels and dimes for extra tournament fees, and charges for Summer/Fall and Spring separately. At least at the youth level. Not sure about older years

Yep, there will be a 26 Express, Hawk and Crab kid playing in college together making fun of lacrosse parents while drinking a white claw.

Crabs beat 2 top ten teams last week Hawks beat 2 top ten teams this week
FCA, 91, True and DCE and name another area team have yet to see the finals.
If you think any college coach is looking at the 26’s now you are mistaken. They are buttoning up the 24’s and 25’s right now. Ranking mean nothing g to anyone but Millon who makes sure everyone knows his kid is #1. Oh and AJ Marsh was named player of the year not a Millon

College Showcases like CB Laxers based out of Long Island has helped hundreds of players to get their first look by a college coach and I for one witnessed this myself. It is then usually when the coach inquires about their schedule so they can plan accordingly, so that is why club ball is so important, otherwise, where would the player get scene? When I was getting recruited in 2002, coaches came to our games but times have changed.
