Coaching once again gives Loyola a win. This one would not have been close without poor coaching

Dons are rolling..... watch out for that kid 15, he can really step in the game and make a huge difference for the Dons. His college coach said hes the next big thing and stated "We got our guy".

Spalding FS played KI JV and won 9-8. Spalding JV did not play KI.

JV plays BL - the fresh/soph team beat KI 9-8

Should be little mustache man. However, the team is FULL of me me me players, no passing, just chaos. Coaches say or do nothing to curb bad habits. Plus all the dads coaching their kids on the sidelines. They will never win a game if this mentality continues

Any possiblily the Gaels make a run this year? I have a good feeling they will even after losing there eccentric leader #19 from last year.

Corey meyers is looking to step into #19s position leading the gales, just gotta hope that his issues of the field aren’t impacting play

Don’t worry MSJ will win against Spalding. FFS Spalding LOST to Kent Island. Offense is lacking all the components, defense jogs to get back. MSJ will take this win easily

So the Gaels absolutely took a nap in the field today following their tilt with St Mary’s. Offense has no direction, 6 guys out there with no clue the play or scheme and not 1 that can legitimately win a matchup consistently, exception being number 8. The team can’t buy a face off win and when the other team wins it cleanly out the front, watch out. Defenders are statues and have not a care in the world regarding the ball carrier. The team actually may be better in a 6v6 setting than any man up opportunity. If you want to rattle the Gaels, press out on the hands of the man up unit and watch them shake in their boots. MIAA play being half over, something needs to change for the team in Purple

STM would be a much more competitive team if they could catch and throw. I don’t see a single guy who is improved over last year.

Using a kids name and bringing up personal issues is cowardly. Whoever is monitoring this board should also be ashamed for allowing this post.

So much talent, lots of heart but no results for StM offense… a pattern highlighted by ineffective EMO and all with an Obvious Common denominator.

Gilman student section is an absolute embarrassment.

Maybe just don’t have the talent. Maybe they do. Something is just no right with this team. Maybe it’s coaching. But team better put it together this year. Graduating 20 plus seniors and not much in the underclass to replace could be a few long years ahead of them.

The underclass for StM, MSJ, SP and BL are all thin. Major drop in MIAA talent after the 23s go.

What I saw yesterday was a complete inability to catch, throw and make good decisions in the middle of the field and on offense. Honestly the team D looked fine and held a strong MCD team to 6 goals (the last one was a [Censored] goal). They clearly miss Hopkins on attack and Acton at the pole for his CTO ability. The SM offense didn't value possessions which will kill you in the A Conference. Still time to turn it around. Senior leadership and coaches need to step it up and hold everyone (including themselves) accountable.

StM D is pretty solid but they held a McDonogh offense that didn’t have their #1 attackman or #1 middie playing.

Their O killed a golden opportunity to steal a W.

Their #1 attackman has played 2 games. Don't look for him to be a regular participant.

Hilarious but true!! Just wait till next year, JV team coming up will make a huge difference. The JV knows how to play together as a team the varsity is ALL ME ME ball. Game changer next year.

Spalding is back at the bottom of the MIAA - A like normal. Those that decided on Spalding over STM were sold a bag of goods. Send them back to the B division. Not even scrimmage champs anymore.

Saw them against SP; wasn’t impressed. Spalding is in trouble.

Watched SP play Severn - very good game considering SP won every face-off. Yes the throw it around 5-6 times, dodge 5-6 times and pull it out and kill 5 minutes of clock is terrible. Saw the same with Broadneck vs Dematha. Some very talented kids on all 4 teams but the game is supposed to be the fastest game on 2 feet. It was slow and hard to watch. I also watched the girls game between SP and Spalding. The game is really slowed down with no clock
