Duke needs to win all their remaining games other than UNC if they expect to get in . A loss to any of the other teams and they don't deserve to get in and as you see above not many slots left. Notre Dame ca lose to UNC and BC and still deserve to get in but would not have a problem if they were left out due to their pitiful non conference schedule.

For those top 15 teams hoping to make a move and possibly get a seed come NCAA tournament time there do not seem to many opportunities remaining in the regular season to do so. I see UVA vs BC and MD vs NW , any others. After that I guess the conference tournaments will be a possibility to make the move up. Any bubble teams to making the tournament with big upcoming legit chances. The fact that 29 teams make the tournament makes it seem as if any top 40 team has a legit chance but those spots go fast . You have fifteen conference champions who are automatically in leaving 14 at large bids , figure 4 will go to ACC teams, leaving 10, 3 to the big ten leaving 7, florida or jmu leaving 6 , yale or princeton leaving 5 . Any other almost locks to make the tournament. Not a lock as there is a long way to go but patriot league is looking like it will put an additional team into the tournament

The other thing is if a team like SBU loses in their conference tournament then thats one less spot

It took many years to remove the old Louisville coach and apparently the "new" coach isn't any better.

Let's talk about Colgate and how unhealthy the majority of the programs are. Let's talk about the NCAA not really having our daughter's back. Let's talk about how afraid our competitive daughters are to say something in fear of retaliation by the coach...less playing time, or no playing time. The head games of holding back equipment and gear. The promise of extra money during recruiting and then there not be any money left because you didn't get it in writing and you are at the mercy of the coach? How about Morgan's Message yet it's the coach and their non motivating "talks". Where are the sensitivity classes for all coaches? Does the NCAA have requirements for coaches and how to handle situations? How about the NCAA NOT PROTECTING OUR DAUGHTERS AGAINST SEXUAL PREDATORS IN THE LOCKER ROOM because a MALE with his genitals identifies as a woman? When are we really going to have frank and open conversations about these issues? We all make believe OMG they are playing D1 it's all wonderful?

How about the NCAA NOT PROTECTING OUR DAUGHTERS AGAINST SEXUAL PREDATORS IN THE LOCKER ROOM because a MALE with his genitals identifies as a woman? When are we really going to have frank and open conversations about these issues? We all make believe OMG they are playing D1 it's all wonderful? The Colgate situation is toxic. Let's talk about the coach and her record. First year (covid) 2020 with an inherited roster 3-4 .429 win percentage. Second year 2021 95% inherited roster 5-6 .455 win percentage. Third year 6-12 2022 30% her recruits 6-12 .333 win percentage. This year 2023 90% her recruits 2-8 .20 win percentage. Overall 16-30 35% wins, not a stellar performance by KT & staff. With all of the complaints against this coach why would Colgate keep this coach?

How many teams will the PAC 12 get into the tournament this year . How many deserve to get in ? My guess is they will get two and those two will go down early . Sorry but USC has beaten no one and for a team who used to try and challenge themselves in past years they have not even tried this year . At least Stanford played some good non conference teams along the way . They will both end up with good records but has either won a game that tells you they deserve to make the NCAA tournament ?

Not a lock as there is a long way to go but patriot league is looking like it will put an additional team into the tournament Patriot league may get 3 teams in. Loyola, Army & Navy all deserve a shot. What’s going on up at Colgate? The announcers in yesterday’s Navy game said they have a field player in goal? Not so sure about Navy , borderline at best , weal schedule w 2 bad losses against 2 pretty good wins . The bad schedule is not going to help Rough week for Army and Navy. They both still have to play Loyola and each other. Then some more crossover amongst the 3 teams in their league tournament. I think Loyola rolls and maybe Army sneaks in if they beat Navy but not all 3.

USC played Boston College and Princeton, that is clearly better than "not even tried this year". I do agree that they have no quality wins. I think the PAC-12 gets only one team although there is an outside possibility for a second.

I think Cuse and NW still a step above everyone right now, but both showing possibly not as dominant as I thought. Still leading the pack. No more easy games left in schedule from many teams as tough games to close season then into conference tourney. Any update on SU defender/circle specialist. Praying not another ACL for SU.

I don’t think the injured player is who you think , that said I hope she okay . Way too many injuries on that team , not sure CN why .

Syracuse’s top-ranking marks its fourth-straight as they head into one of their toughest tests yet, slated to face UNC on Saturday.

the new rankings should be interesting. SBU will drop, how far ? Their best win is against Michigan who will be dropping also, with the possibility of no top 20 wins they may drop out of the top10 at this point. Maryland should be dropping also . How high do they move PSU and Hopkins and possibly Rutgers gets back in the mix.How much do the programs past reputations ie SBU matter vs results. Watch for UNC to drop in the near future.

SB does not have the horses. When the best player is faceguarded, they have no answer.

UNC won't drop at all, SB won't drop far, even though they probably should, and MD will drop the most in my opinion (wouldn't be surprised to see them at 15).

Past reputations are one of the biggest issues with the rankings as they factor in too much. At this point in the season it should be based on performance during the 23 season only.

UNC will lose to Cuse and probably in the semi of the ACC so come seeding time for the ncaa they may drop out of top 8 . SBU has not beaten any top teams and now has a bad loss they should drop to around 10
