Hoco just picked up a new goalie from MC Elite’s 2025 team. I’m interested to see how you think that will work out.

MC MIdnight??? Sorry no, a bunch of talented players from the 2025 teams got disregarded over there and moved to clubs like HOCO, Pride, and Sound. If anything they’ll do worse this year.

Thoughts on the Inside Lacrosse ID camp this October? Heard mixed reviews. Looks like some top girls got invitations but is it worth the money?

Is anything worth the money? If your DO was invited and wants to go its far less than others

Yes, I heard she is from the midnight team she had been the goalie for them the past 5 of 6 seasons I think. It makes you really wonder why someone who had been there so long left.

My daughter played with her a couple of years ago at MC she's skilled and actually was one of the bright spots on that team. I'm pretty sure she plays HS for one of the WCAC schools.

It's fall tourney season and it is really quiet in here can we get some chatter going ill start wit ha question...

Why in the world would the planners for the Primetime and Chesapeake schedule the same day making clubs choose one or the other to attend?

IMO doing this not only limits their income possibility it also waters down the competition at both events. You have no 25 M&D, Heros, SW, or Capital teams at the Primetime no YJ teams at the Chesapeake.

It really [Censored] that the girls lose out on an opportunity to play in both tourneys.

Such stupidity the entire world knows the best girls' lax stretches from NY- to MD what in the world are they fighting over?

In the end, we are all here for the girls and unfortunately, the only ones who lose in this "fight" are the girls plain and simple...

Can anyone talk about Deemer’s Best In Class? Is it worth it from a recruiting perspective? How does one get selected? Does he only take girls that have paid for his training sessions? And girls that he has coached (SPSG). Will he select girls from the non traditional powers (MND/Heros/SW)? Does he select minority players? From his instagram only shows your traditional Caucasian girls from top tier clubs?

I understand that but in past years the tourney directors kind of worked together some so the HS age clubs could attend both but this year that was shot down because apparently LI and Baltimore cant play in the same sand now without sand being thrown and feelings being hurt.

Porch is in bed with the NJ and Ny folks. They still have to travel down to md to play. Now they just play each other and I guess they are ok with it.

Best In Class was great last year. Lots of top talent. My 2025 got an invitation this year and is going. Some girls had to apply and have not heard back. Heard he is very selective on talent. My daughter does not pay for his lesions but has been to a shooting clinic.

He selects really good players from all clubs and doesn’t factor color of skin into it. If your kid didn’t get selected they Aren’t good enough. Has nothing to do with color.

Same here, my daughter is excited to attend. Never met the guy. He knows top talent, and that’s who got the invites. Has nothing to do with anything else.

Looks like's only picked kids so far from UA and American Select teams. So not sure how much research he has put into it.

UA and AS would have some of the top girls. If they are not at one, they are at the other. Good place to look at girls.

Lots of coaches at the NXT this weekend. What do colleges coaches think when a top team only showcases two offensive players? Isn't the whole purpose of these tournaments to show the whole team?

Maybe teams only have the top two girls run the plays to help attract the coaches.

Well we have had two/three tournaments. It seems like M&D Black is still at or near the top, but that Capital Blue has improved to be a serious player amongst the big three. Should be a fun weekend in Dallas.

Didn’t M&D lose to Eagle Stix and NXT? Good tie with Skywalkers. Capital improved tremendously and interesting to see how they do in Dallas.

Right. Except three of my daughters teammates are going with her. One can barely catch. Has to do with relationships with Clubs as well. Not a top 20 team and we have 4 going. Two good, two not so good.

NXT and Capital improved. NXT looked really good. M&D looks like they slipped unless they were missing some of their key personnel.

I would assume M&D had girls missing for field hockey and soccer playoffs, similar to other programs. Not every team is at even strength in the fall. I can't imagine skipping a state playoff/championship game to play in a fall recruiting event.

Correct- several teams were without top players, not just M&D. (Capital Blue and SW)

Easily 30 coaches at Skywalkers CT Grizzlies game. Coach box was full and they were standing with parents.

Saturday at MoneyGram park was brutal. Cold, cloudy, windy, and the nearby landfills were giving off a curious smell. Pres. Cup is returning to Florida next year. Thank Goodness.

Interesting weekend in Dallas. Spallina and M&D won out while CLC Blue looked like world beaters their first three games but then lost to California Steps. Now the fun begins in the world of travel lacrosse as the 25's will now be front and center come the summer tournament season. Should be fun.

Capital crushed Hero’s, Philly and NXT. Not even competitive games. Hero’s has not looked good this Fall.
