[quote=Anonymous][quote=Anonymous][quote=Anonymous][quote=Anonymous][quote=Anonymous]I watched MDU 2025 and 2026 teams -what the heck happened to this club. Is this a forecast of the future? MC Elite Midnight (2026) TLC Gold (2026) Pride Red (2026) Integrity Green (2026) STARS Light Blue (2026) They said "Club" not team. Club would include all grad years. The success or failure of a 2026 team does not make or break a club. Once they get to high school, it's not about building an individual grad year team to win tournaments (even though most are just showcases). It's about building a team that college coaches want to watch for individual players that they would like to would add to their programs. D1, D2, D3.

Keeping in mind the college recruiting process, not wanting to get caught up in a camp money grab, trying to get as much exposure for my daughter (besides attending tournaments with her club team)... what are the best lacrosse camps for my daughter to attend during the summer? None until sophomore year.

Will HG or MND Black ever add second goalies? Or will they continue to be promised solo gigs for staying? I hope the Heros Green goalie comes to M&D tryouts. The M&D black goalie needs to come down a notch or two with her attitude. Would love to see those two as teammates. M&d started last season with two goalies…highly doubt either ego can handle sharing the cage but all teams should carry two no matter. Will HG or MND Black ever add second goalies? The parents ego… not the kids .. the black goalie wins games for her team .. green goalie has good defense around her. That’s the difference. You mean this the other way around? Right? Green goalie has way more saves then the Black goalie. Green goalie doesn’t have the defense on her team to help her out. Black goalie has the defense but still can’t make a save. However at least her dad has the TRACE video camera to analyze her every move. Maybe he should refund that piece equipment.

Black goalie was helped by team controlling the ball and able to get back on defense. I didn’t see her make many saves in playoffs. Green goalie had shots on her she was able to save. 100% correct!! Green goalie is by far the best goalie. Smart IQ, can read the field well, team player and can keep her composure. I don’t have a daughter on either team but have been fortunate enough to watch both goalies play.

You guys ripping into goalies are nuts. There's so much involved with making a save that a goalie has little control over. Both of these kids are top of the class and are going to be high end D1 recruits. No need to bash.

Big matchup this weekend is Heros vs M&D on saturday and looking forward to see which team comes out on top. Big matchup happened 2 weeks ago at U of MD. M&D came out on top. Also happened at 4 weeks ago in NGLL finals. M&D came out on top. Interested in seeing how these teams do against other teams now - Yellow Jackets, Jesters, Aces, Monster, etc.

Must be their parents looking to get their egos padded. Goalies in girls lax have very little impact on the game compared to most other sports with the position. Team with most SOG will win 97% of the time. Ask yourself this, how many times has HG or MD been outshot AND won the game? Bet that number is close to zero. But hey let’s talk about kids playing a position that has little impact for 2 teams where it matters even less.

Let’s hope these are all rumors and HG players stay to develop and play more great games. NGLL mid Atlantic will become really boring and so will this board.

It was not a purchase LBC was not a for profit business. According to LBC this wasn't a financial transaction. M&D Shore will be the club on the Eastern Shore run by the same directors as M&D and owned by 3Step.

Troll starting rumors and why would such a successful team change course? it is not SW or Intergrity or MDU or Pride but a great team that lost close games to a rival.

What’s up with all the teams being bought out? Owners are sick and tired of all the entitled parents who constantly nag and complain. So guess what they sell, wash their hands and let a big company buy them out. The big company really doesn’t care about your complaints or your entitled attitudes.
