NL got some new kid from Bama will see if he's any good and for hoco they are taking the two best players from their red team lets ee what will happen to red with out them. The NL roster has to be pushing 30 kids. I would say 25 kids they started with about 19 players NL has added 6 kids since tryouts? Who does that? Team 91s 2028 roster: 15 T91 kids returned 2-3 new kids accepted offers (HoCo Pink kids) 10 kids were brought over from Perry Hall Rec with 2 dad coaches Added 2 more kids over the winter. Just added a new starter from Predators last week, who scored most of their goals in scrimmages. So whoever thought your kid was going to be starting at attack because he did great all fall and winter.....whomp whomp. Now has minimum 30 kids on roster, I think it's 32.

Bama kid is a FO guy. He's pretty good, just small. Cpuld grow into it. He won't replace current NL FOGO.

While the Preds 2027 and 2029 rosters seem to be coalescing very well (and parents seem pleased), 2028s are behind - coaching turnover, no established culture, and really no established expectations. Almost zero communication except from the brand new coaches over the past several weeks. Nuts and bolts: 2 attackmen left after the fall tournament debacle. It's the one position the team is "heavy" at, so, OK. 1 pole (already on the team) moved to primarily LSM in November (they use an LSM frequently), so 2 LSMs total. Added 2 big new poles in November: both fine on-ball but don't....yet......have the IQ or experience to help run the defense off-ball. Added 2 new middies, not even scrimmage tested yet, so it's hard to know how good they will be. "Guess we'll find out"

Seriously. And why would someone post that? Poster clearly has a connection to the program/team but has a desire to put down the team by airing dirty laundry??

At least he appears to be sticking with his team as opposed to spreading false information about a team his kid is not on.

NL is nothing without their FOGO. They make so many mistakes, they are not a good team.

Poor kid. 95% of Preds parents are too rich to know what's going on.

Is the former Preds player on 91 also the former Claws player on 91?
If not, I guess 91 has added 2 to the roster just this past week. Of which 1 outscored the rest of the 91 roster combined. Does that make 30, 31, or 32 rostered kids?

We have been trying to find a more solid A/AA opportunity for our son who is not a B level player. Parent error over the summer

Did they get someone new as a fogo? Last year they were maybe the 4th best at the X. Although true and FCA kids were miles above the pack, NL was mediocre at best??? Didn’t they need to use a pole half the time?

From even before the first tryouts, Maryland Predators was full of (fake or real) anonymous PR and (definitely fake) controversy and sabotage from either just inside or just outside their group (maybe a St Pauls or McD coach who wasn't included?). It's been through this whole thread for almost a year. At other age groups too on BOTC. How tiring........and actually.......boring. The team is even more boring than the "Predators World Domination" trolling.

Just an observation, not intending to bash the Hawks or pump Madlax. The Hawks are super legit.
Madlax beat Akswanse Thunder on Saturday, 14-2. Thunder just beat the Crabs 12-4, beat True Annapolis 6-4, and lost to the Hawks 9-8.
Time will tell, and certain player matchups can often dictate results. But Madlax is the team to beat in Elite 2028. They also spanked Philly Freedom 8-2 last week, who beat the Hawks by 4 in the fall. They also have the sickest social media! Personally, I detest comparing scores. Just never know what goes on. As per the Madlax social media - they love this 2028 team and don’t get me wrong it’s a legit squad. Interesting take is they seem to be much taller than everyone they play . Original poster did say that individual matchups can have a big impact. But it was an observation— and scores do not often lie. As for the comment about size— Madlax team is way smaller in height than Hawks. Hawks goalie is 6 ft tall. NL, too. And they have like 8 kids who have dropped down from 2027 the last 2 years. Madlax does NOT HAVE ONE RECLASS in the last 3 years. Not one. And that is a FACT. This isn’t actually a Madlax parent, right? This is like an Andy Kaufman routine. More like a chris farley routine in a quarterzip.

The NL roster has to be pushing 30 kids. I hear Bama is a real hotbed for lacrosse. Look out Elite HoCo nobody should have to explain that however lame alabama youth lax may be, i'm sure they have 5 decent kids in the state, and I trust the likes of millon, king krab, and maddux to find them and invite them to fly north and play for free, funded by our sons club dues.

Good take but let’s remember this kid is playing for NL. So we can add them to the foolishness. True also has mastered the art of roster shenanigans so want to make sure they get included.

NL got some new kid from Bama will see if he's any good and for hoco they are taking the two best players from their red team lets ee what will happen to red with out them. The NL roster has to be pushing 30 kids. I hear Bama is a real hotbed for lacrosse. True is like the Scooby Doo Villains of illegal roster subs. In their first iteration in MD, they were DQ'ed from a tournament after being caught literally hiding a kid under table in a tent. The fact that True, ML, and Nationals are embroiled in a federal lawsuit about illegal roster subs (and whether the resulting DQ from a tournament constituted racial discrimination) is *chef's kiss*

So now NL stinks? Aren’t they the only team to have beaten both hawks and Madlax? They’re mid level Elite. But without their FOGO, they’re AA
