You can bet that this is because several club directors did not want their A level clubs to be reclassed as "B level" even though that's the way HoCo has always done it in the past.

Winners:
1) The "4A" teams who wanted to get out of AAA but knew they'd be demolished in Elite (looking at you, Team 91 and Forest Hill)
2) The various AA teams who now will - factually - tell new parents and players they're a "AAA team."
3) The worst A teams who really should be B teams

Losers:
1) Kelly Post's squad in Trans Dimensional Elite (or, AAAAA lol)
2) Team 91 in AAAA. New bracket won't help them win any games against the same teams that beat them last year.
3) A bunch of solid AA teams who suddenly appear to be downgraded by staying at AA, since AA basically means A now.

Cabell, if I didn’t know any better I’d say you had better things to do. Gaslighting a bunch of kids who went 3-0 in their first weekend on a message board isn’t below you, but it is creepy and weird. Focus on your team. Something tells me the Hawks will be just fine this season.

Did the Hawks really only beat that team by 4?? Asking for a friend…

So 5 divisions? Where are you seeing this?

Also, would it be possible to share these groupings in a more confusing way please?
I can second that. Please give us the break down of teams.

So nine in elite?

Hawks
Madlax
Crabs
FCA
True Annapolis
Next Level
BLC
Kelly Post
Blue Claws

Wont they have to add an eighth game or is there a way to make the schedule work with 9 teams and a 7 game league? Seems like the math of that doesn’t work but I haven’t thought hard about it.

For example Kelly Post dumped their B team all the way down to A and it looks like ML and NL put their B teams at AA.

So it’s not only FCA. Hawks did the same thing. These continue to be the only B teams worth the club dues parents are paying to be on secondary squads.

Blue Claws is playing AAAA and A based on what I see from the super hard to read cut and paste job from above.

Top three are:

Elite: Next Level, Madlax Cap, Crabs, FCA, Hawks, Bethesda, True Annapolis, Kelly Post

AAAA: Wolfpack, Cannons, T91, FCA White, Hawks Black, Team MD, Blue Claws, HLC

AAA: True Annap White, Sidewinders, Diamondbacks, VLC, Team Money, True DC, Baltimore Elite, Preds

No clue how good Wolfpack is. T91 won't win a game. They should switch with VLC. Baltimore Elite has players on FCA, Preds, True, so how does that work?

No clue how good Wolfpack is. T91 won't win a game. They should switch with VLC. Baltimore Elite has players on FCA, Preds, True, so how does that work?

Most of Baltimore Elite's (BLE) tournament starters play on FCA, Hawks, Preds, 91, True Annapolis, and so on.

Their 2nd line and a few starters play BLE full time including HoCo. They will field some talent but not enough depth across the whole roster. Perhaps should have played down a level. Wouldn't be shocked if they pulled out a win or three. But some of those games are going to be hard on those kids. Oh well?

Now that we know elite, here’s how it will play out:

Madlax 7-0
Hawks 6-1 (loss to Madlax)
FCA 5-2 (losses Hawks, Madlax)
Next Level 3-4 (losses Madlax, Hawks, FCA, True)
Crabs 3-4 (losses Madlax, Hawks, Next Level, FCA)
BLC 2-5 (wins Kelly Post and True in OT)
True 2-5 (wins Next Level and Kelly Post)
Kelly Post 0-7 (loss in OT to BLC, loses by at least 3 all other games)

Madlax over NL and Hawks over FCA in semis. Hawks win HoCo in OT in final.

There's plenty of talent at the AAAA/AAA levels as well. When the on-age boys catch up in a year or two it will be a glorious day.

Let's mix it up.

Last place in each:
Elite - Kelly Post (winless)
AAAA - T91 (winless)
AAA - Baltimore Elite (winless)
AA - ?
A - Zingos (winless)

It's not facts, but I gather your lives are so pathetic that you want them to be. And even if it were true it would still be tearing down kids. They are kids and your terrible parenting and general outlook on life doesn't change that.

Just an observation, not intending to bash the Hawks or pump Madlax. The Hawks are super legit.

Madlax beat Akswanse Thunder on Saturday, 14-2.
Thunder just beat the Crabs 12-4, beat True Annapolis 6-4, and lost to the Hawks 9-8.

Time will tell, and certain player matchups can often dictate results. But Madlax is the team to beat in Elite 2028. They also spanked Philly Freedom 8-2 last week, who beat the Hawks by 4 in the fall.

Hawks beat Freedom 12-6 last weekend as well. Same goal differential. Madlax playing for the Internet. Hawks playing 2s and 3s to get them work. When they play in HOCO, it’ll be must see TV. Sadly- Madlax, won’t win a Faceoff against the 2027 Hawks fogo.

Bring it? Dude, flexing about your kid's U12 lacrosse team is about the softest thing ever.

I played lacrosse myself and it's a fun sport, but let's be clear that no one really thinks of lacrosse players -- let alone their middle aged dads -- as tough guys.
