If u believe ML2028s are playing in 27 division u eat more paintchips than the unspooled Hawks dad who creeps up behind opposing players' parents and talks smack. Would make sense since all kids are 08 and 09s

Any more info on how many teams registered for HoCo this spring? Elite - 8 AAA - 10 AA - 8 A - 10 If anymore sign up I imagine they will need to add a B division. Only 7 games in HoCo.

Everyone should play everyone. So agree on 8 team divisions with the remainder in B and all in that division making playoffs.

Everyone should get a trophy and a participation ribbon How is that like a participation trophy? It's just a league where all teams have the same strength of schedule. The best teams get to play for championship. Opposite of participation trophy

It looks like most of the big boys will be at Spring Thaw! I doubt the top teams will cross paths until HOCO.

Hawks prob don’t want to play Freedom again Doubt we see a Hawks-Madlax game, but Crabs will play one of the two most likely. Brackets likely something like Hawks Crabs Primetime Nationals Madlax Freedom Jersey Express NXT Primetime, Jersey Express, and NXT are all fairly weak. Who knows what Nationals will look like that week? But top four teams are all obviously solid. Next Level, BLC, and I think FCA Blue are all at the March Kickoff the same day at HoCo so most of elite will be playing that weekend.

I believe there are only 3 games per team at thaw. Not sure it will be bracketed. Good line up tho.

I do believe Crabs will be better this year. They out worked most of the other teams. No winter break and now doing 4 practices per week.

Including FCA. Honestly by March 1 they should all be at (at least) 2x/week plus an optional skill, IQ, or agility session. Basketball, wrestling, and swimming should be winding down.

It’s “sixes” format—no longpoles, minimal faceoffs—so I’m not sure what we’re going to learn about these teams. But it’s still good for the boys to go out and compete.

FCA, Next Level, Hawks, and Blue Claw all playing at Elite 6 Challenge this weekend I don't think these are full squads for these teams, just ad-hoc groups of 10-15 players, all or some of whom might come from one club. Sixes format too so really just for fun, exercise, and bragging rights. Good luck to everyone tomorrow.

FCA, Next Level, Hawks, and Blue Claw all playing at Elite 6 Challenge this weekend This needs to be corrected to say players from these teams are participating in the elite 6. It’s not the whole team(s) and no one really cares. That said it’s fun for the boys.

ahh i just got it looks to be really fun for the boys to get out and play before reg season Sixes is basically pickup basketball at best but more like a backyard shoot around. It’s a blast and I’d encourage any players to give it a shot. As previously mentioned, squads are limited to 12 and many are mixed with different clubs. No practices and hopefully no pressure which is something a lot of the kids will love. Good luck and see everyone at Blandair!

But take heart that the person writing that almost definitely did not play college sports, let alone excel professionally as an adult.
