SO they picked up a few defenders and now they are the team to beat?? I am not buying into it. Hawks will own HOCO again and crabs will lose 2-3 games easily.

I don't believe they do, and in any event, a Mohican or two would not be able to carry that team against elite competition. I would be surprised if 91 comes within 6-8 goals of any of those teams.

They have come in for some of the tournaments, but not spring league. I believe one of the fathers owns a private jet, and has his kid playing on like 3-4 teams. A little to much if you ask me. 91 scrimmaged DCE and lost by a goal with missing some missing players, I do know that.

If I had to pick 2 it would be TRW and FCA. 91 and Looneys has talent and both have improved over the off-season; FCA was awful last year and lost several key contributors to other clubs. TRW should not even be in the discussion.

Nobody wants to be the B division, which is why they created AAA, AA, etc. Looks like the time has come to create Elite 1, Elite 2, etc. so every team can be in elite!

I am pretty sure 10 teams will be in elite. HOCO has already set a precedent. Really they should combine elite and AAA and have two divisions with top two from each division going to playoffs.

It was not a special team assembled for that tournament It was the regular 91 team including the Texas kids minus a couple of kids who couldn’t be there.

So let's get this straight - you are saying that the same 91 team who played in HoCo last spring, lost by 1 to a Stealth team, who then beat Long Island express CoachC?

that means either (a) Stealth had a different roster for the two games, (2) you are fibbing, and 91 had a different roster for their two games, or (3) 91 had the most miraculous improvement in lacrosse history. Because the 91 team that all readers of this Board witnessed last spring in HoCo does not belong on the field with LI express.
