What club teams are primary feeders for what schools.
Looking at MIAA, IAC, WCAC If you have to ask, you have zero chance of playing in any of those . Should have been in a top club over 3 years ago...Think Good Public now “Good public.” Gonna add this to my list of oxymorons.

[quote=Anonymous]Who are the HOCO sleeper teams that could surprise?[/quote
Looneys without question. They have 2 solid FO guys now and added a midfielder from FCA. They are a top 5 top; maybe top 3 in HOCO this Spring. Do they have the 17 year old goalie? Best at the 2026 level #haters

The above is spot on, asking shows us what we all know, you are playing low level rec and have very little hope of making the bigtime. Still can have fun playing lacrosse in High School, just not in MIAA, IAC or WCAC

The more the Hawks become irrelevant, the more the parents have simmered down. Leave them alone.

Does anyone have any experience with the Nike Camp at St. Mary's College? I'm guessing it's more of a "fun" experience and less competitive than some of the others out there.

So true, the top of the hill takes all the heat. The Hawks always seem to sputter lte the. Replace with kids from outside the program.

Is HoCo going to keep the extra large elite division this year or they going to push those bottom teams out?

Correct response, especially in this region where public school players can get great exposure, but let's agree that statistics do exist and it's not "all" what the player puts into it. You could be the best player in the nation and if your parents are broke and living in a trailer in Wyoming, how would anyone know, outside of your rec league and your non-existent HS team.

Coaches and scouts find kids at tournaments and showcases for lax. Why go and watch a HS game and see 100 or go to a tourney and see possibly 500+kids in one day

More like they quiet and humbled. No more 87-0 posts pounding their chest from the parents who's kids get 3 minutes of playing time per game. It's 3 minutes of playing time with an L to go home with an no more trophy's.

It’s getting worse and worse with whole teams being older. It used to be one or two kids on a team.

It’s not going to happen given the biggest and best clubs have the most holdbacks and the most influence on events, tournaments, and leagues. Not happening.

Crabs kids are at times 2 plus years older. My son plays 2026 and is turning fifteen this month. It’s ridiculous and he’s not even near one of the older players.

do the maryland privates have an age limit? in MA, publics and catholics cant turn 19 prior to sept of senior year but the private/preps have no age limit. by spring season there are 20 year olds playing- sort of strange. up this way have seen a significant uptick in number of holdbacks and the quality of the holdback. used to be borderline kids, now some of the best hold back.
