Maybe this team you won against the Predators, Next time, may not be as Lucky. By Summer you will be avoiding them and other top teams.
This post is actually comical. They’ve played the predators twice in the last week in the combined score is 26 to 1.
Not to mention, they also played the 2027 predators. Same result. 8-1. Now, the predators coach has the best energy I’ve seen at the 2028 level, bar none. Incredible energy and attitude. His kids were down 10-0 and he could not have been more positive or encouraging to his kids. They will put out the effort every time with him leading the charge. That said they have a long, long way to go on the field against elite clubs
Sarcasm bro.
Here are the madlax scores I could find for the past 2 weekends.
2028 Madlax DMV 0 2028 Blue Claws 10
2028 Madlax DMV 6 28/29 Admirals 3
2028 Sidewinder 5 2028 Madlax DMV 2
2028 Thunder Blue 6 2027 Madlax DMV 5
2027 Madlax Capital 7 2027 Predators 0
2027 Madlax Capital 8 2027 Mesa 3
2027 Madlax Capital 3 2027 Sidewinders 3
2027 Madlax DMV 2 2027 Predators 1 (OT)
2028 Madlax Capital 8 2027 Predators 1
Madlax 2028 Cap is 7-0 the last 2 weekends.
3-0 at MD Invitational 4-0 at Fall fest
Yep. 7-0 with three wins over the Predators, 2 over a Georgia team that struggled to be the Preds, 1 win over a winless VLC team, and 1 over Next Level who is 4-3 this fall. Not a single top 8 opponent if you go by the Bored MD rankings. And only one win over an above .500 team. Probably the weakest strength of fall schedule of any top team. But hey, 7-0 and Cabel raked in some cash from you for playing in a subpar Madlax organized tournament of weak teams. So I’d definitely be on here taking about these wins.
I wasn't bragging. It was a response to previous PP about the only Madlax scores he could find the last 2 weekends. It seemed like the PP was confused. So I helped him out.
But thanks for your input. Pretty sure our Madlax Cap 2028 team is just fine though.

Will madlax update tourney machine on fall fest scores? Most of the sunday afternoon games are missing for all ages. CM doesn't respond either.

Hawks really pushing the envelope this weekend with big tilts against the Richmond hawks and true Annapolis. Wow, really ru. Ing the gauntlet there. But I guess they do need to Build Back Better after they got smoked by Freedom.

Does blue claws have two teams now?
And did the koopers 2028 ever materialize? Don't know about Claws. I would love for someone to explain the Koopers saga but as I understand it: 1. They had about 17 kids for a 2028/29 team 2. In late September, Team 91 poached about 5-6 kids, leaving them with about 11 3. The Koopers 28s went back up to the 2027 squad, where they played last year 4. The Koopers 29s must have grabbed/poached a bunch of kids from somewhere, because they have a full team, holding practices, etc. Apologies if this is out of date. This is not accurate. Koopers did not have a 2028 or a 2029 team last year. 91 tryouts were before Koopers tryouts this summer. Koopers had a 2028 team for a couple weeks after tryouts between August and early September and then it collapsed because some kids left (I don't know where they went, but it was not 91) and they were down to like 9-11 kids. After it collapsed, 91 only added one of the kids that was on the team. Koopers 2029 benefited from Crabs 2029 blowing up and not having a 2029 team this year.

Not as bad as FCA Blue playing Rockfish this weekend in Delaware. Score will be 23-0.

After speaking to numerous families the past few weeks at tournaments it's obvious no other team in their own club can stand the 2028s arrogance. I feel bad for their 13 and 14 year old kids.

There are 2028 parents who actually despise a good portion of the other 2028 parents, not just other Madlax teams. It’s actually one of the least familial clubs I’ve ever been associated with. Eat or be eaten. Miss practice and it’s a red letter. Don’t play with any other kids. Very much the opposite of what I hear FCA, Hawks or other clubs are like. They follow their leader to a tee….

Me too, those poor 13-14 yr olds with their 50+ year old dads. At least they get a chance to live through their kids before going to the old folks home.

Does blue claws have two teams now? Yes. Smart idea- keeping kids in the program. So is the red team going to try to play elite? Depends what the league says. It will all sort itself out by Spring. I'm sure there will be a few teams vying for that elite spot. Nice to see a few solid community-based teams out there.

I’d be surprised if any of the three of them try to move up this year. The VLC and Predators ship has sailed. So looks like if Blue Claws wants it - I really see no one else who’d have a claim? Unless I’m missing someone here.

Unless I’m missing someone here. True KP won AAA last year. If they have the same team or better additions they should move up. What tournament is Blue Claws Red playing in this fall? Also have FCA White slated to play Team MD, BLC Blue and Crabs in Hoganlax next weekend. If they can keep it close with Crabs and BLC they should play elite. Not too sure about Team MD's level of play.

Unless I’m missing someone here. This is right. How it works is teams register for a specific division and then if there are too many or too few or an odd number the competition committee tries to get some teams to move. I think finding and eighth team that wants to be in elite will be the hard part. If Blue Claws put three selves there, I can’t imagine it wouldn’t stick.

Nationals went to a 5 pass rule in the 4th quarter.
