So what teams will be in the Elite division this spring?
Crabs
Hawks
?

They will let us know around February.

Oh is Looney’s dad triggered? From what I hear Looneys will be lucky to get a win this year. They only got one last year BEFORE their starting defense left for a much better team.

Crabs will run the table this year.

Crabs will have 2-3 losses in spring league play.

If Crabs don't run the table they are a complete embarrassment. Now, ask them to read a page of a book or do basic math. Whole different story.

That seems a stretch Most reclass is not for academics or even prefirst.

Top 5 2021 playoff teams and will be back. Swap in Top Cailber or Next Level if any of the above take a big step back or if they want to go with more than 8 teams. Next level has a case to stay since they played elite last year. Top Caliber won AAA and will be given the option to come up.

Why would DC Express be in elite? It's a whole new team in a different organization. BLC 2026 doesn't exist and its former members are spread out amongst other teams.

The bottom 5 teams in the elite division won combined a total 8 games - all those teams lost players that shuffled around to other teams.

There will be a lot of lacrosse played leading up to Spring League. Will be interesting to see where teams end up in the spring

It's fall ball, but next level did not do too bad up in New Jersey 2 weekends ago against some pretty solid teams.

Next Level went 1- 4 at Atlantic Elite. Not looking better for them in the upcoming Sweetlax Sweet Sixteen in DE.

NL went 0-3 Saturday with 6 players missing and 2-0 Sunday with 3 of those players back.

All of those teams also gained players so who knows how any team will be.

Wait til after fall season before everyone starts judging beyond Crabs and Hawks.

Fake News Only players added to any team that are good are Crabs and Hawks.

Not really. No one else relevant.

Only for those who have more going on in life besides lacrosse.

Such a shame that the Hawks choked in the World Series and Crabs couldn't play because all their kids were too old.

Yet there is no life beyond them.

What's pathetic is most on this board are so focused on spring league and tournaments wins etc. I would hope for the players their goals are much higher than that, because in the end who cares about 8th grade lacrosse?

Seems like you are new here…so first off…welcome. We love new anonymous posters.

This forum is mostly focused on holdbacks, speculation about player movement, Coach Rage at the Hawks(he seems terrible), How awesome the Crabs will be (I’m skeptical), how awful the MadLax owner is(he’s the worst), the collapse of Looneys and FCA(I believe this), who is ‘elite’,(TBD) and every now and again some donkeyposts about how the Predators are taking over the world, despite never having played a game. we all assume the Preds talk is a troll, but hard to tell for sure.

It’s not really about just spring league and tournament wins. But that topic does come up in the context of the above topics.

And yes…it’s 8th grade lax and we love it.

There are also some very knowledgeable, helpful Lacrosse people on here! I have learned some very helpful things from BOTC. I’m thankful for that , and think that is what it was originally intended for?! So, take it for what it is. Love it or leave it.

You are Obviously a 91 parent as you failed to mention Mr " Break his Arms" MM and coaching style . That and once again putting down the talk of Baltimore and soon to be top 5 Club Predators, Lose a few 91 players to Predators?

Thanks Donkey. sorry, not a 91 parent. In fact I think we could have a good debate over who is worse - MM from 91 or CM from MadLax. Both have a lot of evidence that shows they are in fact the worst. Although MM seems to have more recent examples, so maybe he wins.

The video has been deleted from youtube......but.......in a 2018? 5th or 6th grade game, someone on the 91 sideline (not the parents sideline) yells "BREAK HIS ARM" and you can literally see the kid turn his head toward the coach once he's off-ball like, "What?!"

You can't tell if it's MM screaming it or another 91 coach. But for sure, it caused a big stir and 91 did not apologize for it or (that anybody knows of) discipline a coach, so it's fair to say MM (the man in charge) must not have been too upset about it.

‘Break his arm’ Millon vs ‘ungrateful quitter’ Maddox. Hmmmm…..Tough call over who wins this fight over the worst person to mold the minds of our youth.

And looks like the Preds take the field this weekend. Come to Blandair to see the world domination begin!!! I’ll be selling popcorn so get there early to get a good seat.

"Break his ankles" is a coaching phrase that I don't particularly myself, but it is a metaphor and not a call to injure somebody. Maybe the 91 coaches were saying something similar? There are tons of over-intense hammerhead box coaches at elite levels of youth lacrosse, so it is hard to judge a program over one dense comment.

The 2026 teams playing at Blandair park this Sunday are Crabs Hardshells, Dark Horse, Leading Edge, Looneys, Predator, and VLC. Only two of the Elite division HoCo teams from last spring. With no fall HoCo I was expecting more teams to play this event.

And yes, I am dying to see how the Predators do! How funny would it be if they actually turned out to be good.
