Who is NGS? They are out here ranking goalies. Are they legit? Based off what I’m seeing I don’t think so. Kind of like Sirius Lacrosse and Lacrosse Playground. I feel like it's some well known Dad's trying to pump their own kids up through baseless rankings.

STM hasn’t lost to a public school in 50 years. Spalding loses to SP and Broadneck on a regular basis. Your rankings are silly. Maybe in years past. Spalding has a good team now. Easily beat the Publics this year. Who knows in future. Your feelings for Spalding cloud everything you say. Feelings? Its a truth that most cant handle on New Cut road.Congrats on having a good team for maybe 2 years in row for the entire history of the program. Having the best player in the league carry team to 4-5 wins by himself last year is the only reason why Spalding made any noise at all.#truthhurts#feelings Cool story. Will you be on here to garbage on the next group of young men and their families? Or do you only post about them all time because of your huge hard on for tom ripley?

At Mary’s parents really have the thinnest skin of any A program. Constantly whining about Spaulding recruiting, Baltimore referees, WCAC programs stealing kids, long bus rides, no respect…etc etc.
Kinda funny to see the AACo people eating each other alive.
Go Severn!

St. Mary's is no different than a lot of other A conference schools when it comes to club affiliations giving kids a leg up getting on the field. At St. Mary's it is Hawks and Pro Start. At Loyola, it is Looney's and FCA. At Calvert Hall it is FCA or bust. At BL it is Crabs. At Spalding it is Hawks. At McDonogh it is Crabs and 91. Parents just have to be wise consumers and do their homework when picking clubs and schools.

St Mary's parents want you to think they are no different. But they certainly are. They have a massive inferiority complex. Wanna know who's at the heart of all the Spalding snarkiness here? Take a wild guess.

Spaulding has never won.

So when do we hear who got calls last night and from where it’s none of your business so you won’t hear. You will see today how quickly people stop talking to each other. No one is giving up any info at this point until the verbal commitment is made. So enjoy the silence.

All this talk about St Mary's when the real conversation SHOULD be about Loyola. How long until the Don's parents full-on revolt? both programs leaving alot of talent on sidelines to stroke egos- Kind of sounds like club lacrosse. That's interesting. The biggest commentary I've seen about Loyola is that the team is being run like a club program. No culture, lots of bravado, not a lot of substance. Men for others. And sick sideline cellys. But the Canadians have arrived on Chestnut Ave to save the day!

Take a wild guess. Spalding detest comes from within. STM,Severn and every other MIAA school have history of winning not 1 year of winning. They are not concerned with Spalding and have way more class.Inferiority complex is exactly what appears to be happening at Spalding right this very minute. You dont gain respect by just winning -its how you win. Getting your hand caught in the cookie jar one too many times all while the head coach on paper is still living out his professional playing dreams.Believe it or not Character does matter. We all know it is business as usual for the private schools except for St. Johns and Spaulding where they are really opening up the check books to get the talent in.

Unless the original poster can include a link to the video on their post, they should be ashamed of themselves for going after a specific kid on here. You can dislike the Dad but if you are going to say something this terrible about an individual kid you better back it upwith proof. If not, it shows your lack of character and jealousy. And no my kid wasn’t involved. We live in NY not MD.

My family knows the dad and kid, not well, but more than in passing. I will say that at a minimum this would be very out of character for him. We think pretty highly of him, he been great with my kids who are a few years younger than him.
I hope it’s not true.

St. Mary’s player takes the kid down by his neck (kid not wanting a fight). 2. Spaulding kid with hat backwards kicks him a few times while he is on the ground. 3. Spaulding kid pours beer on him 4. They pick him up and throw him outside. 5. Mob goes nuts giving the kid the finger and cheering them on. 6. St. Mary’s kid ends video by jumping on some platform and throws beer. All on video. Doesn’t matter if you are in NY or who the kids dad is. It happened.

This “St Marys player” is one of the nicest kids around you will ever meet. Anybody who knows him or his family knows that. He wouldn’t just take somebody down like that, has to be a reason. More or less it’s normal for kids to get into an altercation. Stuff happens. As long as they made up and nobody was hurt (nobody was hurt I’m told) what’s the big deal? You all live off of this drama. Get a life and let it go. The more you push this on the worse it will get. Your making this a much larger deal than it should ever have been.

All of you are saying this anonymously. None of you know. Anybody who says the name of these kids is screwed in the head, they are all under 18 they are minors. Kids make mistakes (I’m praying this did not happen) Just cause it was potentially “Spaulding” or “St Marys” or whatever notIntelligent high school these kids go to, its a big deal. Its a bunch of B.S. that isn’t a big deal. I’m from New Jersey, This stuff happens, all this chain is is drama. Stop making it seem like these kids killed somebody. You all came from somewhere too. I know for a fact nobody in here comes from a straight line of perfection and no wrongdoing as they grew up. This is why MD lacrosse parents stink.

Social media is out of control. SPSFG has a video out right now from soccer that is going to get their season snuffed. Kids should know better than to post disparaging videos of opposing teams and then posting it under SPSFG name.

I was really hoping this wasn’t true but it looks like people from NY and NJ know what happened and are down playing the actions of these players.
“This isn’t a big deal” “Stuff happens”.

No- private matters are not a big deal until they become public. It is then that the world has an issue to deal with. Perception is the reality and facts are facts; context is debatable. Forgiveness and empathy are critical yet are lost on most people today. Unfortunately, one's actions impact the world's "brands" very quickly. Navy, Spaulding, Severn, St. Mary's, Hawks etc all have a liability to get over and/or deal with. Precedent, prediction, and liability. The more important and influential you are, the better your chance of getting a second chance. If they are smart, they will own up, admit their mistakes and get their second chances. If the leaders are smart, they will be quick to condemn the behavior, get out in front of it, and move on quickly. The kid that was kicked and humiliated will hopefully get into therapy. He will never be the same as the memory will be with him forever. For him I pray the hardest. These kids lives shouldn't be ruined/significantly altered over things like this, but it is a good time for the community to pause and remember that our lives and actions have meaning and consequence.

Kids, especially teenagers make mistakes. I know there is not one parent in this chat who has a perfect child. Get off of your high horses, stop picking on the actual kids. Now you’re behaving like adult bullies. Ohhhh and go look at yourself in the mirror and get your own darn house in order, because we all know it’s not perfect…
If a crime was committed, let the police handle it.
Let’s get back to real lax issues like fighting with the New Jersey dad above. (Just kidding New Jersey dad)

This needs to stop. “Adults” discussing an event like this anonymously on social media that could potentially alter one or two kid’s future is reckless and awful. Let the parties involved handle it. Unless you were there yourself, we don’t know what actually happened. Good thing social media didn’t exist when parents were young. I’m sure many on here had a fight or two growing up. Not making an excuse but unless you were there personally and know all the details, let’s leave it to those who were there to handle it.
