If everyone is wrong about what happened with Karen and the Iroquois Nationals team, why hasn't Express addressed it?THEIR SILENCE SPEAKS VOLUMES.
Wrong. WSYL made a statement and look at the response there. Foregone conclusion. Why don’t you just tell the truth, you’re not biased at all and it will never be enough for you. You’re out for blood. This has become a witch hunt. Be better by building a bridge instead. So, you don't think LIE needs to address anything? 👏 👏 👏 Express Karen was out for blood when she found Iroquois resting from a long day at her table. After a few cocktails, her true colors came to the surface. The bridge was the table the Iroquois were resting at and Express Karen came along and blew it up. All parties being hosed by the event. Buncha kids with no where to sit. Just have the kids share the seats best you can. Parents stand its for the kids. I don't think any parent would object to kids sharing the kids definitely don't care. Lacrosse is known for opponents having friendly conversations and knowing each other for years. Attack and Defense especially. Demanding someones kids stand so yours can sit would lax any parent off. Especially if taken in consideration of the historical treatment of Native Americans. Me first Long Island attitude blew it. I don’t think any parent objected to kids sharing tables. I think the issue was parents who had seated themselves at the players tables and then refused to move when the kids showed up. I can’t imagine why any parent would think they were entitled to a spot at another team’s table while that team’s players stood with their food watching them eat. Lots of people feel they are entitled today. Especially people who have relatives that were wronged in the past. Time to make up for the wrongs to the present folks who did nothing. Present folks who did nothing but benefit from those wrongs. Entitled people don't know they are entitled, need to be shown its not gonna be the same anymore.

Those Express Nationals are awesome. That’s what we have come to expect from him. Crazy how he has conned the families into thinking this is good for them.

Why are we still talking about this? Bad decision by Exp Mom, overhyped on social media, and the sites like this keep it alive. Move on: 91 won, there was an altercation, you all got fleeced. Buy your muscle milk, shop at 5 below and close your mouths already.
Lets talk about all the other flaws people saw there: Yelling coaches, older kids, a 2 hr rain delay after 1 hr of good weather & then cxl'ing the entire day, $60 for an all you can eat buffet, no masks for anyone, anything else ? Geez Sound like you have your panties all knotted up over this, Relax

Long Island teams appear to be behind vs the rest of regions at this age when it’s a grade based tourney. I guess what Rush and Legacy are doing makes sense. It begs the question why wouldn’t clubs sorta consolidate for HS.

Shock not #1 anymore. Shows the WSYL is not a real test WSYL is a joke I would it say joke since the kids seem to love it. But the true tourneys are the NLF this weekend and Crabfest. Look at NLF today, one title for Long Island. Great for the game, but Long Island is slipping from a club standpoint, maybe. And don’t want to hear holdbacks etc. the rules allow it and it is what it is.

Just a quick heads up, nobody cares about wins and t-shirts starting now. It's all about your kid, is he playing and in the inner circle for recruiting promotion. if he is not in the top couple by position then enjoy hitting the "like" button as his teammates get the promotion by the club. you're going to need to figure out on your own getting him exposure. If you are outside the inner circle and not at a strong lax school you should move clubs to somewhere he can be a big dog. Running 2nd midfield at NLF isn't getting your son any looks in a couple summers. You have this year to figure it out before the 2023 summer when it matters.

They could've divided and played their own game. Prolly would've been a better outcome for Express TBH,

Why is WSYL a joke? Oh that right you actually have to be the correct age to play in it, unlike the NLF were every team is a JV team due to all the holdbacks. Come on call a spade a spade. WSYL should be celebrated for pure lacrosse!

I don't know. He's only a rising freshman. If he's good enough, colleges will find him. I'm not chasing attention for him. Loyalty and friendship are more important. That's what youth sports should be about.

Love people telling other to stay away while slowly trying to figure a way to get back in. Team down 5+ kids with injuries and other commitments. Could have easily combined Rush kids at any point to fill in the spots and no one would have complained but TZ didn’t want to slight any of his parents.

My son has played for Legacy for the past 6 years. He lost more than he won, but the coaching he had was second to none. At any time, Coach Zummo could have brought in ringers to win tournaments, but he played the kids on the team and got every last drop of effort out of them. Zummo is all class and good to his word. Just my opinion. I wound up at Legacy in a random way and I'm thankful I did.
